Strictly For Beginning Artists

The instructions contained in this ebook are easy enough to follow but the title is somewhat misleading. Almost all of what the author writes, especially on perspective and color spectrum, are taught and being taught, in art classes today all over the world, especially in this digital age. I would recommend this book only for those who plan to study art on their own.

Directions and examples are laid out well for easy understanding. It's also a nice refresher for those of us having been on art furloughs.

A good primer. I've not yet taken formal art classes at any level, so am playing catch up.

That being said, its a very good book, and I learned much more than I expected.

I'm 63 and a stroke survivor. I learned art as a young child and was " gifted" I can scarcely draw now but this book gives me hope!

If I helped homeschool my children, these books would certainly be used! Thank you for making it available for old me!
