This was the first book I read on the subject. When I read books 2-5, it was abundantly clear that there are better books on the subject than this one. Not that this isn't a decent .50 book fair purchase.

This book sat in my personal library for many years without my reading it. When I first bought it, I most likely thought it was a creative art book as it sat within my art and art history books. Now, upon inventorying my bookshelves and reviewing each title, I see that it is not worth reading. It is not about art at all. Let this be a lesson to not purchase books without reading over the back cover and first several pages. This book is removed from my personal library, and I do not recommend it.

Some good techniques, which I took a few notes on, to help me in get better at visualizing and controlling my thoughts to manifest the things I desire. My only problem with this book, is that its overwrought with technique after technique, as well as not being written well (all over the place), so therefore not an enjoyable read at all. Though some good points made and useful techniques. I think this book becomes more useful, once youve tried and tested the techniques, so that on second read the book makes more sense. I think there are probably better books out there on the topic.
