This is a textbook that instructors can connect with and students can learn from, in that it pulls them into the world of marketing through real-world applications. This textbook stays current by covering the hottest topics in this course area, such as Customer Relationship Management and Metrics, in a user-friendly, non-encyclopedic format.
Since I have to read this thick book for school I’m going to count it towards my reading challenge. I guess I’ll rate it four stars? The information is pretty useful. I’m also reading the fourth edition of this book which I don’t believe exists on here??
I had to read this bitch cover to cover I am absolutely counting it. Hats off to Greg this is the most convoluted meandering bullshit I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading!
Another MBA book, probably my least favourite subject. There were some very interesting points raised but feel detail was too deep in some areas and then too light in others.
4/10 -Delusions of grandeur regarding role of marketing in business -Organized well, easy to read, touches on a lot of basic business principles, just not exciting or profound -Requires textbook for MBA
