Savage

Rate this book
He's a savage on the football field.
So how did he end up on my exam table, with nothing but a towel between his legs?

I never want to hear the name Brady Mack ever again.
I don't care how many touchdowns he scores.
Too bad I can't go anywhere without seeing his chiseled, tattooed body and his stupid perfect face.
And sure, the night we met, I was seconds away from letting him make me his...but so what?
He's still a cocky, foul-mouthed jerk with a seriously oversized ego.
The thing is, I just got a job offer I couldn't refuse.
And now, I'm not just the one who got away...I'm his doctor.
Brady thinks it's hilarious. He keeps making inappropriate jokes about pelvic exams.
Meanwhile, I'm just trying to make it to the end of football season without ending up in his bed.
But Brady's not making it easy.
He wants to finish what we started.

And if I'm not careful...my scrubs might just end up on his bedroom floor.

But if I win the Super Bowl and lose you, what’s the fucking point? As far as I’m concerned, we’re a team. Win or lose, we do it together.

I used to think there was a place in my heart that was always going to be empty, but ever since I met her?” I point through the window at Cassie. “I can feel that empty place healing up when we’re together, like a bad cut that’s finally fucking starting to scab over. And someday soon, I think I’m going to wake up next to her and it’s going to feel like I never even had it.

Great short read

Love reading short books that only take a few hours. The story gets to the point without all the long drawn out stuff nobody cares about. Great to see that all works out in the end. Nerdy play by the rules doctor falls for the handsome rule breaking jock. Keep writing and I will keep reading. Thank you.

Good Book!!

♥️ A very good sports 🏈 romance without the unnecessary angst and depressing drama that seems so popular nowadays. Steamy romance that unfolds at a reasonable pace and in a believable way!!

DNF

The H is a big cocky oversexed manwhore football player.
The h is a med student with a betraying body alert whenever the H is around.

The h goes to a football match with a stupid oversexed friend, who wants the h to let loose and fuck randomly (I hate such friends). Both later go to a club, where the footballers are partying.

The h’s friend try to match her up with the H. And even lie to the H that h is a fan of him. And the h is dumbfounded all the the time not even denying that. She knew she is about to become a football groupie still she goes on with it. The H tries to make out with her. And I was already going to shut this book because I don’t want to read about the h becoming football groupie. But luckily the h gets some sense and she walks away from there without giving a backward glance to the H.

The next day h gets a rare opportunity of being a doctor for the H for one football season and after the completion she can have job at any hospital she want. It was an offer to die for. Also she was chosen for the job because she turn him down in the club the previous night. So the coach thinks she is the perfect candidate for the job.

Now they have this player-employee relationship where she can’t be romantically involved with him. So now she will have to be strictly professional with him.

H has this ex- cheerleader of his team whom he hooked up with, who now is stalking him. She is now a journalist and follows the H like a paparazzi. So now the H and h will have to be cautious because there relationship is supposed to be strictly professional. But how is that possible when H is oversexed manwhore and h melts every time she is around him?

Honestly, the writing is not that bad. The writer has potential. But unfortunately the story isn’t. I got bored as I knew what is going to happen. The scenes were also not that interesting to keep reading.

Over aggressive hero

Love macho men but Brady was TOO MUCH and the author pretty much wrote Cassie as a female so controlled by her sexuality that she was out of control in life. Brady pretty much ran roughshod all over her
