I primarily bought this book (in french and secondhand) for the introduction (a short biography) and for the Rimbaud's letters at the end. Of course I enjoyed the poetry but I had read a lot of the poet's work rather recently already. Rather I wanted to learn more about the man himself and what he had gone through. Where he came from...


Although intended for children (or teens should I say), it is a beautiful edition that should ravish older readers as well. It comfirmed my interest in the character. I am looking forward to reading a proper biography about him. (If someone has a suggestion, they are very welcome)!
