First off, the convos and banter between one of the main characters Mari and her best friend Kailey are some of the funniest things that I have read to date. While some of them border on vulgarity I couldn't have loved it anymore then I did. With that being said...I don't want to give too much away about this book because I think it needs to be read so here it goes...
Mari is coming off of being devastated by her boyfriend. While she thought he was ready to get down on one knee, he was evidently getting on his knees for another girl. Left broken and embarrassed Mari goes into a downward spiral with no relief in sight. She drinks and bed hops from guy to guy, sometimes not even remembering faces, names and places. Her best friend gives her some tough love that actually makes her take stock of her life and just about this time she meets Dane.
Dane is hot, sweet, established, a hard worker and reformed manwhore. He can immediately tell Mari has some deep seeded issues. While he would love nothing more then to rip her clothes off and ruin her for any other man, he decides to take a different approach and friend zones her. Their relationship was so fun to watch, the push and pull and the chemistry was evident. Through a course of events, however, she is devastated again.
Throughout this whole book Mari is depending on her BFF for advice and omg...I love, love, loved her. I am hoping that the author gives this chick her own freaking book because she sooooo needs it!!! She is raw, gritty and some of the things that came out of her mouth I had tears coming out of my eyes from laughing so hard!! Her and Mari are hilarious together and added much needed comedy relief at the perfect times.
This is one hilarious book and while a tad bit angsty watching Mari self destruct, it was awesome to see her turn her life around slowly.

Let me start of by saying I'm team Jameson all the way with his sexy as sin looks , his yummy tattoos and a Harley you can ride. I really didn't feel a connection with Dane (Danish). Although he's the kind of guy most girls want I just found something missing with his character.
Mari has been through enough having to watch a video via text message of her not close friend Stacy doing her boyfriend who by the was pathetic. She then goes off to see with half of Boston but with the help of her beasties Kaylie who I freaking love so much she starts putting her life back together and as award she meets Dane and Jameson. Two great guys but a complete 180 from each other. Dane wants forever and always Jameson want for now and to make you com repeatedly. Like I said I'm team Jameson.
Can't wait for the next book here's hoping Jameson changes his man who're ways.

Whew, that was on hot read. Now can I please get book 2 asap?
I was #TeamDane from day one even though Jamison, well he had his attributes.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book though I did question a certain incident with Mari, made me wonder just what it would take for her to get her act together. It was kinda low in my opinion, considering she knew things had a chance to change. She's where I had my issues with the book, I get the whole trust thing but she took it to the extreme.
And then there was the end. In a way it's what I expected but I think I was in denial, I could see the trainwreck coming but wanted to pretend it couldn't possibly have that kind of impact.
Well done Edyn Michaels. I'll be impatiently waiting for the followup!

Edyn Micheals you have totally hooked me with this first part of this duet and I can not wait for the next.

Wow! This debut novel was smokin hot. I went back and forth but my decision had been made. #TeamDane. Although Jamison....🔥🔥🔥. Maybe I haven't made up my mind yet. Good luck with your decision. Edyn Michaels didn't make it easy

This was an okay read. I read through the whole book. I just didn't find any chemistry between the main characters. I did love the conversations between the best friend. It was hilarious.

Mark is recovering from a recent break up after being cheated on by her ex. This leaves her both embarrassed and broken and leads to her going off the rails. She now drinks and hops from bed to bed with different men and most of the time doesn’t even remember the persons name, face or where she even stayed. Thankfully her best friend steps in and helps her finally realise that she has to change and this happens when when meets Dane.
Dane used to be a manwhore are instantly realises that Mari has issues that run deep. Although he would like to jump into bed with her he instead decides to become her friend. The way their friendship develops is funny to watch it’s clear to everyone else that they should be together but they continue its the pushing away and pulling back even though it’s clear they have chemistry.
Mari and Kailey who is Mari’s best friend is a great secondary character and I really hope she gets a book of her own too. She is so genuine and i love how she says it how she sees it even if it does offend others and at times her mouth did have me rolling in laughter.
This is a great book with moments of laughter and moments of sadness as you watch Mari go off the rails and try to them turn her life around.

Damn! This story has a little bit of everything. Some nice sweet, wrapped up in a bow kind of attraction and love that you want to be your forever mixed with some hot, sexy, throw you against the wall, raw f**king that curls your toes and makes you see stars. Mari has had a rough time in her past relationships and she's not quite sure what exactly she wants yet. The forever kind of guy, Dane, that will love her to the end or the bad boy, Jamison that curls her toes and makes her forget her name.
I'll be honest, I hate cliffhanger endings and this book has one so I was a bit perturbed for a few minutes at the end, but this story was phenomenal. It was fresh, interesting, exciting, sexy AF, and it will blow your socks off and put them in laundry hamper for you without you having to ask. Really though, incredible writing, great story, and worth every minute of lost sleep I had when I had to wait to find out what happens in this triangle.

This is my first book by Edyn Michaels and I am thrilled to say this won't be my last. I was so engrossed with this book. The wit, the banter and the overall energy between the characters had me smiling and fantasizing. There is a sprinkle of angst that tugs the heart and keeps you in suspense while the entertaining dialogue sizzled at times and made me laugh. It was outrageous and fun and I got into that BIG TIME! Wow, for a debut novel, this author has blown this story out of the park! Mari is on a journey of self destruct after she finds out be boyfriend is not who she thought he was. It takes a lot of tough love by her bestie Kaylie, to bring her to her senses, and it is around that time she meets Dane and Jamison. The witty banter between Mari and Kaylie is absolutely hilarious, and there are more than one laugh-out-loud moments throughout. I am #TeamJamison all the way, as I love the bad-boy Harley biker stories. This is a well writes story which had me hooked and captivated throughout this entertaining page turner, and I cannot wait to read the next book in this awesome series.

Oh my gosh, this book! How long until book 2? LOL! What a great story.... while I did not exactly like what Mari was doing with her life and wanted her to realize it much sooner, I see why she had to go through the process she did... I am only fearful of what she will do in the second book with what happened at the end of this one. Team Dane all the way, and let’s hope book two gives us that conclusion!!

Sleepless
This book is so freaking good!! It's one in the morning on a work night I have to get up in 4 hours my eyes hurt from group so late and tomorrow is going to be miserable at work. But I am so not upset about it best this book was literally unputdownable yes that a word in my book world. Only downstairs that I have to wait until tomorrow to read the next book.

This book had my attention and kept it throughout the story. There were some parts that had re-reading some parts, but still nevertheless good. Then of course I was knew that this was about to be a cliffhanger. It kinda had me feeling some type of way.

Definitely a different spin
This book had a different spin on "romance novels." It's a refreshing break from the same old same old. The writing is a little choppy in spots making it hard to follow but I have a feeling the writer will over come that quickly. I would recommend .
