6/6/2022 ~~ An introduction to the geography, history, government, environment, people, and lifestyles of Myanmar, also known as Burma; good for 4th & 5th graders, though accessible and interesting for 2nd and 3rd grade readers as well.

Layout: Good section headers; appealing layout & photo captions;
Content/spreads: Geography, History, Government, Economy, Environment, People Today, Lifestyle, Religion, Language, Arts & Festivals, Fun & Play, Food.

* I would like someone from Myanmar/Burma to read the book and tell me what stereotypes it may convey and what might be left out.

* Collection Development work for my elementary school library
* So many thanks to my local public library system, the Indianapolis Public Library, for investing in their print collection of juvenile nonfiction. I could not do the collection development for my library without the access their collection gives me to actually READ books before ordering them.
