A challenging, illuminating, thought-provoking work on federal energy policy in America. While reading the book, don't let the statistics and numbers get in the way of the basic thesis: advocacy of energy efficiencies and sustainable energy sources, tenants we take for granted in 2016 but must have been groundbreaking in the early 80s. The Lovins' are to be commended for presenting their work in an ultimately forthright and understandable format.
