A complete tearjerker, I choked up while reading this to my 5yo. As usual, I picked up the book without reviewing it first because it's new, and I wanted to snatch it up before it got vandalized by other borrowers. I don't know how this is written for a child, but I guess this is to let them know how much they're loved? While we read, we discussed mortality and shared happy memories of us together.
