Many of us have wanted to write a life-story but have been unsure how to set about it or how to bring such a project to completion. Whether you are planning to write about your own family or research the life of a famous historical figure, this book will assist, advise and encourage you.
Brian D. Osborne (1941 - 2008) was a librarian and author, who immersed himself in the literary life of Scotland. He was born in Glasgow and brought up in Helensburgh.
What I like about this book is how the author teaches to define what information is matters and what is just trash. Additionally, what it also provides rather than just tips on how to write an awesome biography (which can basically be found on sites like biographytemplate.org or wikihow.com) is how to find a publisher which is quite hard for a new writer who hasn't got any connections and have no idea where to start.
