You are stronger than your anxiety! That's the message best-selling authors Matthew McKay, Michelle Skeen, and Patrick Fanning tell readers in this evidence-based guide for moving past anxiety. Based in proven-effective cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), this practical workbook offers a breakthrough exposure-based approach to help readers understand and overcome fears and worries-rather than avoid them.

I received this book free through Goodreads Giveaways. It seems to me that a thoughtful approach was taken with this book. It's easy to read and reference. It provides thoughtful insights into the different types of anxiety and provides tools to help identify and manage your own anxieties. I enjoyed the book and felt that it provided good insights.
I've interested in CBT psychology for a while so i picked this up. Some is new. Other seem to be normal strategy but still useful by the way. At least i've got new trick to cope with my worries and emotion much more better.
Great read! Contextualized anxiety in a pragmatic way and gave concrete steps to release yourself from its grip. Very happy to have read it, and will be probably coming back to read it throughout life.
