Good low carb recipes but not keto

Some of the low carb recipes in this book look really good and i will adapt some others to be keto. However things like splenda are not allowed on keto. The point of keto isnt to just eat low carb but also to eat healthy whole foods.

Great variety

Recipes were easy to do and very tasty. The recipes also lend themselves to easy modification,so my allergy to mushrooms was not an issue. Well done!
