Inspirational, emotional, educational.
John C. Payette delivers Indigenous teachings through a fictional but all-too-realistic account of a lost boy who finds his way through understanding and restorative justice.

This is a gentle story about a troubled teenager learning how to make better decisions. It takes place in the 60's but applies to anyone who has struggled to sort out their life.

I really liked the concept of this book. There is some history on residential schools and some anishinaabe teachings in this as well. Overall I found it to be a very positive outlook and a great idea for rehabilitation.
Thanks for sharing this with the world Jack. I hope you write more books.
