The #1 Bestselling Summary of "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson! Learn how to apply the main ideas and principles from the original book in a quick, easy read!

For decades, we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, prosperous life.

Well, Mark Manson is here to tell us otherwise.

In his #1 New York Times Bestselling book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck , Manson argues that the constant quest for positivity and abundance is actually more harmful than beneficial.

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck isn't about being indifferent - it's about being comfortable with being different. It's about the willingness to acknowledge our limitations, to suffer through our pains and fears, to accept responsibility for our problems, and to stand up for what we believe in no matter what. It's about developing the ability to overcome failure and adversity, the ability to say, "F*ck it," not to everything in life, but to everything unimportant in life.

This summary highlights the key ideas and captures the most important lessons found in the original book. If you've already read the original, this summary will serve as a reminder of main ideas and key concepts. If you haven't done so yet, don't worry - here you will find every bit of practical information that you can apply. But we do encourage you to purchase the original as well for a much more comprehensive understanding of the subject.

One of the best self improvement books, although I don't like this feild of books that much , but honestly he knows how to get you!

He describe and explain his experiences outloud and made the wisest view out from it , giving us the honour to live experiences and situations that we won't get through and give us the lesson through it

Although his sense of humour that was making me completing the book without getting bored.

Really one of the best self development books, that makes me see the world from another corner.

While I do agree w/some of the main ideas, the brash, condescending tone wore me out by the halfway point. I suppose it's meant to be that way but had to keep reminding myself that finishing this was worthwhile....still not 100% certain it was.....

Geared for 20 somethings in my opinion. Lot of his lessons are already known by the time you reach your 40s hopefully! Easy read.

Gave up after about an hour of listening. There is quite literally nothing profound here. The author humble-brags the whole way through about how he managed to find a perfect life with no effort but is a classic case of being born on third base and thinking that means he hit a triple. There are also a few anti gay / anti trans / misogynist jokes sprinkled in that have not aged well at all.

This wasn't the actual book, but closest I could find to it. I LOVED the original Mark Manson book.

A quick and easy read. Great reminder if you are an older reader - most of these lessons you know but often lose sight of in day to day living.
