With 62 recipes of botanical and medicinal infused waters for health and hydration, you cannot escape the reality of optimal health and wellness. Good photographs and succinct write-up of recipes with widely accessible ingredients. Indirectly too, you learn botanical and medicinal knowledge as well.

You know, I wasn't expecting lots from this, but it's actually a phenomenal set of ideas. So many tips and hints I never considered. If you need more water in your diet, do take a gander at this book.
