Addicted To The Blackthorne Brothers
This is a fantastic start to this series.
Ashton is highly addictive.
Through out this series you will get to know the man, the myth, the legend.
As one of his many adoring fans,

Loved this book. I've had this book for a while and just read it and I loved it. Mr. Ash Blackthorne is one interesting man. Super intelligent, hot as sin, and a wall street wizard to boot. This book lets us get to know Ash and what events in his life has made him into the man he is today. There is definitely hot sexy scenes, forbidden attraction, and mystery of who is trying to sabotage his newest business venture. I really got wrapped up in this book and loved it. It is a cliffhanger so book 2 is next on my agenda. You will love Mr. Blackthorne's dungeon and all the toys he so loves to play with. Love a man in charge and this man is definitely that.

It was a good introduction to the Blackthorne Brothers Box Set: Broken. One thing that I have noticed in Ash's life that everyone woman seems to a blond, blue eye beauty. Looking forward what this Blackthorne Brothers Box Set has in store.

This is an amazing book, as you read the present day events, flashbacks are thrown in to help you understand the main character Ash and how the events of his early childhood molded into the man he is today. The author describes scenes in the story so it is like you are there but doesn't over describe them. There are hot sex scenes throughout the book but it is the over all story and how it is written that will pull you in.

Captured me from the beginning!
The first chapter had me. I devoured the book in one sitting. I loved how the author's words drew me in and made me finish so that I could get to the next part of the story. The book is filled with words that create such erotic images that are hot. Which makes it a very sexy read! I would recommend.

I'm sad and disappointed that so many people seem to not understand that not only is this the beginning of a series, but it's also a story based on actual events in the authors life. And as we all know, far too well, life doesn't always wrap itself up in a neat and tidy HEA in 150 pages or less. I know that I, for one, am honored that this person decided to share the intricate, steamy, and exciting details of his life with us throughout all 7 thrilling volumes in the Blackthorne Brothers Saga. How anyone can read Broken and not want to dig right in to Shattered is beyond me! I can't say enough about this book or this series!! Give it a try and I'm sure you'll be pulled in to the world of Ash and Ayden just as thoroughly, and eagerly, as I have been.

Intriguing Storyline
Ash Blackthorne is one of NY City's premier investment bankers and most eligible bachelors. But having been abandoned by his mother at a young age, when she left his father and him to be with another man, he is broken and not capable of trust and love. When a major investment he planned appears to be falling apart, he begins to follow the trail to try to right the deal, only to learn that it leads to Veronica James, the only woman to have come close to breaking through and reaching his heart. The woman he let go after college because he didn't believe in love.
This is the intriguing first book in this series. It sets up the history and the current status of Ash's life. Although this book is very well written and the story has drawn me in, there is a bit of a disconnection of emotion to the story. If this turns out to be intentional on the author's part, to better portray Ash's incapacities, I will return and upgrade my rating to 5 stars. But, since this first book ends with a cliffhanger, until I read further I can't determine whether that's the case. On to the next...

This book had my attention from the very first page. Mr. B is a complicated man with a most complicated past. There are so many little twists and turns, and just when you think you've figured something out, the story takes you in a different direction. The reader gets a good glimpse into each of the main characters' lives, and I found myself stopping constantly to wonder, wow, did that really happen? It was, quite simply, an enjoyable and entertaining read to find out what was going on both in and outside the boardroom, and in the elevator, and more. It was dark, sexy, and compelling, and I loved it! I'm getting hooked on this series!

seriously HOT!!! Book one Broken of the Blackthorne Brothers series by A. Blackthorne was so spicy and delicious I couldn't put it down. From the beginning when we meet Ashton you are pulled into his sultry ways. He is an arrogant, cut throat businessman and when he wants a women he has her. When his work starts to cause problems, Ashton has to figure out why and when he does he is not happy. His past is not so past anymore.
I loves every page and moving on to book two immediately. Definite must read!!!!

An author of mystery, who finally let us see a glimpse of who and what he is in an amazing book "Broken". This book is a fast paced read, but he gives you details into why he feels and thinks the way he does. He is a powerful businessman keeping his dark past just on the edge of life.
Yes, there are some truly hot scenes and the mystery of business acumen. I am ready to dig in deep and see where this wonderful author is going to lead me through this series.

Attention getter from the start
Wow what an amazing intense ride! Getting a little background as to why our hero is the way he is then brought into the present of current events allows an more in depth understanding to why Ashton doesn’t let his heart feel things. It’s sad tragic and bittersweet. But when an old girlfriend appears, things get complicated and steamy. Will Veronica heal the spot where Ashton’s heart is or does something traumatic must wake out hero up?

Amazingly awesome book!!
I have only read one other book by this author, so knew would be good, but no idea as to how good! Once I started, I fell completely into the book! I saw The End and was totally shocked! Now I HAVE to read the next book to see what happens between Ashton & Veronica!

Sexy, alpha Ash is a broken and shattered man that has been been betrayed not only by his mother, but also by the woman he deeply cares for, Veronica. Now she is making his nightmare a living hell.
A well written story that will captivate you from the first page. The characters are flawless.

Ashton Blackthorne, dark, sexy and the bad boy next door, or in his case, business. The author articulated the scenes with a vivid paintbrush, I could visualise everything as if I was there. Enjoyable read.

My heart ached for Ash, he definitely was a broken man. What can a lil boy do when he sees his mom leave to be with the boys “uncle” yeah definitely messes with the mind and how he views love, or lack of it. He definitely was defined by his childhood, and how he went through women like some of my sorority sisters went through men! Great read and the ending is one heck of a cliffhanger ~ WHOA

I love how it tells Ash's life when he was with the 1 person who he had deep feelings for... I feel bad for him cuz of his mother & what she did.. Couldn't put the book down.. Can't wait to read book2 to see what happens.. Keep up the awesome job!!!

This was a very interesting and an exciting read. I loved the storyline and the sizzling chemistry between the main characters, it was a thrilling book that I couldn't put down!

Wow! For being a short novella/prequel, it was really good. It had a great build up of characters and a great story line. Just as it was getting good, it left me hanging! I guess I'll have to buy the next book! :)
