Bijzonder behulpzaam boekje, en fijn om je gedachtes op orde te krijgen en je mindset de juiste richting op te sturen! Ik miste soms tussenstapjes tussen uitspraken, waardoor niet alles meteen duidelijk of logisch was. Er worden verder veel tools gegeven of kort benoemd, dus je moet zelf wel meer research doen om alles echt te integreren in je leven. Maar goed, het is ook een kleine pocketversie voor ‘t dagelijkse leven. Van mijn nicht gekregen, dus bij deze, dankje! Was fijn om te lezen.
