The thrilling tale of a girl who lets an Olympian stay in her house.

Wait a second... this isn't Skate School.

Yeah Nikki and the rest are tons more realistic than Skate School. Silver Blades is a CLUB not a school. This somehow makes it more believable, even though Jill does go to the Ice Academy in book 4, you can see that it was hard work to get there, not a chance meeting with the director.

I really hope that Danielle, Jenna, Carly and all the rest of the skaters I see on a regular basis don't end up like Elyse. I find it difficult to see them act like her. Elyse really is a grouch.

2.5 stars, but I'm gracious. Tori gets on my last nerve and I've never forgiven Melissa Lowell for making Tori the subject of the super editions later in the series. No spoilers, but literally any other Silver Blades skater would have been more entertaining.
