Kristine Dugger has written a story that goes beyond the MC romance. Don't judge someone by how dresses, their appearance, or their first impression. Get to know the real person. You may find a friend or the love of your life.
Presley and Avery have strong armor surrounding their hearts. Its how they protect themselves. Presley and Avery are not what they project to the outside world. Like I said, looks and first impressions can be deceiving. Once they break the seal around their hearts you learn who they really are.
This story brought me to that ugly cry place which breaks your heart and heals it again with the love story between this unlikely couple.
Book 2 has left me anxious to learn more about the Hells Phoenix-Freedom Riders MC club. Red Recommended

I am turning into a big Kristine Dugger fan. I really enjoyed the first book of Hell's Phoenix MC group and this one is no different.
Kristine brings you into these peoples lives in a short amount of time. I will admit these books are not horribly long. BUT in the book, you get the story you want.
I enjoyed this story and am breathlessly waiting on the next one.

Wow, what an amazing read. This book will grab you and not let you go until the very last word is read. You feel as though you are there in the story experiencing it. This is a must read.

Loved this book! Loved Presleys sassy side and her desire to be independent and do what she wants no matter what her familys status is..this book has you all in the feels.. Avery/Ajax wants to be with Presley but his social status isnt up to par with who her family expects her to be with. Their story is amazing and i am loving this series and cant wait to read more!!!!

She has done it again. I loved this story of Avery (Ajax) and Presley. This MC is the best and are the for each other always. Presley's family owns a stadium and has expectations of their children. Presley doesn't want to be just in their socialite status. She wants to have her own life. She meets Ajax at dirty Joe's the MC's bar. Neither of them expected things to go further then being a conquest for 1 night. Can Presley accept Ajax's status and not let her families status decide whether they can be together?

The Last Check was a mixed bag of emotions for me. It took me a few chapters to really get into this book and connect with Avery and Presley. I felt some parts were a little choppy, but other parts had me so engaged I couldn't read fast enough! The flow of the storyline got better for me as the book went on and I experienced all sorts of feelings! There is a lot of dirty talk and hot, steamy scenes! Looking forward to the next book in the series!!

This is the second book in this awesome series, and is Presley and Avery’s story. This is a well written flawless story which is emotional, heartbreaking, and humorous. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read more from this exceedingly talented author!

this book was awesome! she had a list and wanted to check it off. so she goes to a bar where she sees him. he is a biker and when these two meet sparks fly. there is danger lurking around the corner. read to find out what happens.

I am SOLD! I will admit this is the first I have read by Kristine Dugger. All I Wanna Do is read another book of the Hell’s Phoenix series!! And I cannot Turn the Pages fast enough while reading this series. Sorry, not witty enough for the other in this series, The Last Check it is just as good.
Anyways, I am not a fluffy reader, so this is out of the norm for me. But Kristine takes this MC series and mixes in a military aspect which is near and dear to my heart and the MC Alpha and it comes out perfect. And man it is just the perfect kind of Alpha. That Alpha that still has the chivalrous side that you can bring home to momma but you know what happens behind closed doors. The kind that makes you oooey gooey when you look at him. The h’s are awesome and freaking hilarious! Thank goodness hubs found me so young because I can totally picture myself as one of them. Probably Becks.
This will be one of the go-to feel-good series I love to go back and reread. I cannot wait to read more. Just one click you will not be disappointed.

This one is the second in this series. This one goes beyond just an MC storyline. This one is about not judging a book by its cover. Presley and her girls have a checklist that they are ready to make a check off. They decide to go to a biker bar and see what kind of trouble they can find. But none of these girls belong on this side of town. Presley sees and wants Ajax. What should be a one night stand to check it off the list becomes so much more? But will these two be able to get past each other's lives? This was quite the storyline. It was emotional at times because of what Presley deals with. But Ajax is quite the hero being there for her. I absolutely loved the chemistry between these two. A great book written from beginning to end. One I didn't put down once I started reading it. A great addition to this series.

Loved This Story!!
This was a fantastic MC romance that will break your heart at times and be completely frustrated at other times. Presley and Avery are absolutely fantastic characters. They both have strong armour around their hearts and don't want to let anyone in. It's how they protect themselves. Slowly but surely the armour starts to have some series cracks in it and love starts leaking out.
The chemistry these two have for each other is intense and mind-blowing. Their story took me on one amazing emotional roller coaster ride. It broke my heart but put it back together again in the end.
I loved this story and I can't wait for the next one in this amazing series.

Love overcomes
A one night stand... a check mark... a true love. Never did I think when I first started this book that it would go the direction it did. I absolutely love this series and the men in the series love hard. I love that they are al military and the issues that are in the book are ones that are realistic. I love the pull between Presley and Avery. Can’t wait to see where the next story goes

They meet in a bar where Presley decides that Avery doesn't fit in her family double and wants a night of fun with him. Will this one night turn into more? The Last Check
First thing I absolutely love the characters in this story/series. The storyline was emotional with humor. Lust relationship between The H and h.. that turns into something more. Overall a good story, I am patiently waiting for Dallas and Frankie's story. I have a feeling that one will be one of my favorites of the series. Happy Reading!!

As a society we say continually not to judge a book by its cover...but we all do wether intentionally or not...we do in some aspect of our lives. Presley and Avery (Ajax) could have missed out on the love of thier lives if they would have done just that! Who knows we may be our own worst enemy when it comes to things such as this in our own lives!!

What a gut punching story.
Yet again the story was shorter than I'd prefer but at least most of the points were included this time.
With a bit of work and a tiny bit more story it would be a 5 star.

Presley and Avery's story was a tear jerker. Wow, love this princess and her motorcycle veteran. Getting to see these characters develope thru the story was amazing.
