When reporter Stacia Howell follows a hot tip to Vegas, she doesn’t expect to end up running for her life—or to be scooped out of harm’s way by a towering mass of muscle with an icy attitude and a penetrating gaze.

Walker runs on two Intense and Highly Intense. His plane is emblazoned with the name of the mysterious organization she’s been investigating—Platinum. And a single touch makes her body buzz with the raw desire to lay herself bare before him.

Walker knows Stacia’s game. Hell, he invented the game. She’s oblivious to the danger she’s in. Yet she makes him want to leave his imprint on her skin, and wring sounds of passion from her lips. One night of warm leather and straining chains, and he realizes she is his and his alone. But when he’s backed to the edge of a cliff, the only way to keep her safe could be to let her go. Forever.

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*

I was pleasantly surprised by this story--a kidnapping without the usual darkness found in similar plots. The usual elements of dark romance were missing in Platinum, and all the better for it! Refreshingly straight up contemporary, even though a few fidget-worthy BDSM scenes raise the heat, Platinum will please the erotic romance reader who can do without the darker aspect.

Walker is intimidating and sexy, a perfect mysterious hero. Add in Stacia, an independent, strong reporter bent on getting her story, and fireworks explode from their first encounter.

Engaging from the first page, this story will draw you in and not let you go until you finish. A one-night devour, I highly recommend Platinum!

I have mixed feelings on this one. I liked the tension and the characters, but the story itself was a little confusing. Exactly what kind of company is Platinum? I haven't seen anything about a book two, yet this book ended on somewhat of a cliffhanger. Sometimes the scene would change and be different enough (whether in environment, time, or things the characters said and did) that I wondered if I'd missed something. At one point there's this "reveal" and yet I thought that'd been figured out already a little while ago.

Walker is a good guy, and as the blurb says, quite intense, but I don't really get why he is the way that he is. I also don't get how his feud with Carlo started. I liked Ben a lot too. The romance was good, but seemed to go from zero to sixty in a blink. Ben's involvement in the tension between Walker and Stacia is also enjoyable.

All that said, I did like the love scenes a lot and appreciated how the BDSM lifestyle was represented. I was riveted by the conflict and liked the authentic feel of it.

Platinum is an exciting and sexy trip. Don't miss it for a taste of domination and criminal take down.

Exciting, suspenseful, unpredictable romance that kept me captivated. Stacia is working hard to build her career as a reporter which sends her on a lead to Vegas but what she doesn’t expect is to be in the middle of the story. Walker protects his privacy as a member of Platinum. He doesn’t expect to rescue a high-spirited woman that challenges him at every turn. As he works to keep her safe, he finds she is directly connected to his latest project, dismantling the Cardinelli mob syndicate. Lila and Walker are both strong-willed and confident, it was fun experiencing the push-pull that they shared which surprised them both. But will Walker let her into his private circle? I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.* I thoroughly enjoyed Platinum and I loved the dynamic between Stacia and Walker. She’s a strong willed, spunky female and Walker, well he’s a formidable, serious man...and hot. Can’t forget that! 😉

Action from the start with a sprinkling of erotic heat. Who could ask for more!? A great read from start to finish! I highly recommend it!

This is a high octane fueled romantic suspense. A reporter and a reclusive, almost anti-hero pair together to figure out who's who behind the scenes of a dangerous organization.
