Originally a Jersey girl, sunny Texas is where I now call home, in a town way up north in the panhandle called Wellington. Along with the man of my dreams, I have two children: a rambunctious little girl and a sweet but vocal little boy. Three cats, three dogs and an inordinate amount of pet hair complete my household. For fun I like to read YA, horror, and existentialist fiction, as well as watch cartoons, movies, and sometimes even cartoon movies. I try not to take anything in life too seriously and I tend to smile often.

In this final installment of Modified, Kat Stiles just about wraps it up. I can’t go into the “just about” part because that would be a spoiler, and I don’t want to spoil it. Just know that Stiles gives a satisfying resolution to this fun, sexy supernatural short story series. And this time she gives us the element of love in a big way. We are graced with a resolution of Vi and Kate, although, not exactly as I expected but no less satisfying. This is one of those rare stories I'd read again and again.

This series of books was FANTASTIC. Don't stop writing about these characters and show their efforts in working together for a just cause. The way you introduced these folks and how they can work together is rather inspiring. Best of luck and try to write some more of this story. Thank you very much for the experience.

Anybody who likes a good story of people learning to use their powers to help one another and fight the bad guys who would exploit them for their own purpose.

great continuation of series this volume provides more of a finally than any of the other volumes thus far (received and read as part of the box set of vol 1-5)

What a perfect ending to an awesome series! It's been an action-packed, witty, tense and steamy ride and I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!

Love the short novels and Kate's progression and self confidence. Kate really steps up in this volume!
