i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the short and steamy story about Michael, a 19 year old virgin. Michael goes to a Mexican restaurant and orders the same thing for the last 2 years. Michael has a crush on the woman who works there but is too shy to ask her out. One day when Michael leaves the restaurant, he is attacked and wakes up in the hospital. When the woman from the restaurant shows up he learns her name is Isabella and she is an older single mother. Michael decides to ask her out and she agrees. Michael and Isabella have a great time, but Isabella is hiding something from Michael.I liked this story, i think they will remain friends and Michael will continue on his new journey.

Great storyline and interesting characters. Michael a video gamer and a virgin. Every lunchtime Michael has been going to the same resturant for the past two years and that is where he met Isabella, Isabella works at the resturant, one afternoon Michael leaves the resturant after lunch and is attacked. Isabella goes and visit him in hospital that is when he finally asked her out. Very different reading for me, I have never read a book that the female is older than his and the male is the virgin.

Our hero gets a rude awakening and decides to put down the video game and try to live.

This is a short erotica story with an inexperienced male and mature female. Our hero comes across as immature and awkward, which could be considered appropriate for the character. Unfortunately, our heroine is only slightly better and the entire story seems to bounce around without a consistent direction. Our couple also seems to run hot and cold as to whether they are going to do anything, and I didn't really care for our hero's attitude.

Overall, I could take it or leave it.

This had a good plot and premise but I feel it could have been better. The writing was a little sloppy and it was hard to root for Isabella and Mike. The sex scene could have been described better. I feel like there’s more coming as obviously it was Mike’s first time and I hope the rest of the stories are described a little better in order to feel for the characters.

I still don't know how I felt about this book. I was excited after reading the blurb but the story felt rushed and has no depth. I would have to see a bit more connection between the characters. I hope the following books are more captivating.
