For the age that I feel is targeted with this boardbook, I feel there are way too many words and the pictures are too limited. To use this in the classroom, I would point to and name each dinosaur then tell an abbreviated version of the story. This book could be good to work on asking and responding to questions with 4 year olds, especially what-if questions and seeking application to the children's lives.
