Jamie Champagne's "Seven Steps to Mastering Business Analysis: The Essentials, Second Edition" is a skillfully written contribution to the literature of the field that will be useful to both experienced Business Analysts and serious students alike. Although, not light reading this book is significantly more accessible than many other works including the BaBok. Additionally, the book adheres closely to IIBA defined topics so it can be used to supplement candidates' studies for industry certifications such as the CBAP.
