This is a very enjoyable sci-fi / fantasy story, the first in a long series. It has intrigued me enough to keep on reading through the 2nd book and beyond.
There are a lot of characters to introduce, and this takes a while, but the story is kept interesting during this process. Once the action truly kicks in, it is exciting and promises to take the reader down unexpected routes.
I highly recommend this series and this author!

Another winner from the creative mind of O.J. Lowe! Recommended. Looking forward to getting into book two in The Spirit Callers Saga later this year!
