Rate this book
Does the journey toward finding a mate for life have to be filled with anxiety? desperation? fret? or regret? Not according to bestselling author Michelle McKinney Hammond who expertly navigates the choppy waters of singledom—for both men and women—and warmly encourages those stuck in the dead–end dating scene as well as those on an involuntary relationship fast that marriage could be on the horizon. With her tell–it–like–it–is style using biblical examples, Michelle urges readers to place their need for love in perspective, take life off hold, live purposefully, and gain a basic understanding of successful relating with the opposite sex. This unique format is presented for both sides of the single coin. Women will welcome Michelle’s sisterly advice and men will appreciate the insider information. Together, they comprise the ultimate guide to successfully finding (and keeping) the love of your life.

I am a fan of this author and I have read several of her books . This one was a good read. I get something out of everyone of her books and this one was no different. I think this book is good for anyone who has been focusing too much on finding a mate. You dont have to be single to like her books.

Got this book at crocker park's barnes and noble book store. I like the professional confessions and the questions at the end of each chapter. This book is food for thought.

This book will talk to you if God calls you to be single, finish your schooling and job training before your engagement and wedding day. This book had caught my attention after reading a book discussion from a book called : Lady In Waiting. I have also read: did I kiss marriage goodbye? All three of these books that I have mentioned are good and will speak to you if either you or your boyfriend's life is in transition. he either has to enter the military or go to graduate school and has to propose or marry someone else and not you. Or you have to relocate to another state due to a job change or are not interested in dating the person who likes you.

Continuing living your life to the fullest until Mr. Right comes along...don't just sit and wait for him. A nice read for singles to remind us that life is not over just because we're single.
