06/24/19 - Shifter's Rogue
This story was so different to the others. The female sure did seem seriously indecisive throughout the majority of the book. The characters were still fantastic and I'm feeling a bit softer towards Mac than I was. Rogue is an interesting character and definitely the perfect counterpart for Mac. The two of them together make for some interesting interactions. I'm looking forward to reading more and, hopefully, I get to learn more about Rogue's sister. Also, I'm seriously looking forward to Bruin's story. That's gonna be a trip, to see the gentle giant loose his cool over a girl.
06/25/19 - Bear's Redemption
I enjoyed this story. It was a bit slower than the others, fewer action filled scenes, but it was still a really good read. I've liked Bruin since he was first introduced and I'm really glad that the character finally got his HEA. I also really like that another of the sisters has been found. I still hoping to hear more about Amarenth, Trent and Troy, but now there are more characters that I'm looking forward to reading about, including all of Bruin's brothers, Jaggar, Sebastian and a few others. Well done to the author. Off to read the next book.

I'm really enjoying this book. I'm about half way to three quarters of the way through the book. This book is different than the others. I like how this book starts in the present to show where everyone is currently at, then it jumps to the past to show where everyone started, then back to the present to show where everyone ends up. However, I decided I needed to write part of my review early because I don't like what Harlan did to Jaggar… Twice! Yes, I understand he wanted to get his point across the first time and the second... well, I can't say why he did it the second because it will spoil it, but he could have found a better way. Poor Jaggar!
Now that I'm done, I can tell you that I absolutely adore this book. I loved getting to know more of the OTM characters. I'm so happy for Harlan, Eventine, and the whole gang, especially Troy. YAY! Well, all except Jaggar. Poor Jaggar. I can't express how deeply I feel for him. His poor heart. I can't wait to read his book next, which I'm off to start now. Well done to the author.

Ok, it's official. This is my favorite of the series so far. I just love a tortured soul that gets redemption and... boy, does Jaggar fit that description. I love how the author took both characters on a journey of discovery... discovery about themselves and each other... discovery of who they were with each other. These two characters have had traumatic and heartbreaking lives. They have lived through some truly terrible pasts. Together they had to learn how to not only survive but to thrive. I also really like how the author wraps their story up in the end. There were a few moments when I just wanted to throttle my Ipad, but there were also a few moments when I couldn't stop laughing. I was getting worried about Trent, but luckily the author addressed that at the end of the story. I'm so enthralled by this series and I can't wait to read more. Off to see if the next book, Trent's story, has been released yet.

5 stars is not enough these books deserve 10 and more
I loved this series from the first I book I read when I got the first book set. This author continues to suck us into this shifter angel world with their fight against the demon to try and save humans as well as the shifter kind. And her writing is so amazing that you actually get transferred to that world and feel like your there watching things unraveling. I loved Mac and Rogue they matched so good and Willow and Bruin and Harlan and Eveline awow just wow 30 yrs to get together when I read the reviews for their book I thought I got to pay xtra attention here there was alot of the past mixed with the now but it wasn't confusing at all. And then Jaeger or the Beast and Leilani wow just wow how creative is your mind Miss Ladew thank you for bringing us such great series . I read Trent's and Troy's and I'm looking forward for seeing so much more of this series but I know you said you will be stopping at book 13. But i really hope there would be a spin off of this series with the shifter/angel babies as teens or adults.

Whew! 5 days of non-stop, full-tilt adventure and insane storylines!
How Ms. Ladew keeps these stories and all the amazing characters straight is beyond me! Wolves, bears, big cats, angels.... the hits just keep on coming in this bundled set. I love the growth and evolution of these characters and their True Mates. It's amazing to see the older characters from the first 4 books, and witness their growth and dynamics as each story intertwines with the previous ones and the plot thickens. I laughed, I cried, and more than one expletive left my mouth as the books drew me further into the world of the Serenity Police department and the final confrontation between shiften and Khain.

Good story, weird writing
This author’s writing style is so confusing and disjointed that going back and rereading what you just read is tempting, at first. But when you realize that’s just going to keep going - the weird writing that sometimes doesn’t make a lot of sense - you just kind of go with it. It’s frustrating because I like the story and want to see what happens next, especially with Troy and Trent. But then I think I’m gonna give my brain a breather from this author cause… wow.

I absolutely loved Jagger's story. Brought me to tears. I didn't want it to end just yet, but I have a feeling I will be hearing about them in the future books.

Lisa Ladew crafts an intense, gripping, and suspenseful story. There’s intrigue, emotion, and passionate romance in each book. As you effortlessly get drawn into each story, you quickly become invested in the characters’ lives. With each book’s well-developed plot and its characters so smoothly integrated throughout the series, you will become effortlessly captivated, making each of these stories hard to put down. I guarantee you will find her tales truly rewarding from beginning to end! I highly recommend every one of these books and the entire series!

I can only say---start at the beginning with #1 and I won't be surprised if you are as drawn this world as I have become. I have laughed, cried and fallen for each of these men and their mates and friends and families. It has taken a while but I'm worried that after reading Troy's story (#9) I may have to wait for the next...oh, well! Love the whole series, thanks Lisa!

Extraordinary
I am in awe of Lisa who can write such a remarkable series. Every book presents a uniquely different approach to it’s completion while all weave the way to the conquering the underlying evil they face. I am blown away by her ability to remain focused and include pieces in the first books that will be pertinent to the finale. Can’t wait for the wrap up and everyone’s happily ever after.MUST READ SERIES.

Great series
I've read a lot of shifter type novels, from the cheesy bite and change to the thought out stories with a purpose. These stories really fall in the later category, and should be read in order to get the full effect of the story. Be prepared to cry a little and laugh!

This is an amazing Bundle of books. The books are complex, imaginative, and simply unbelievable stories that all link together in the war against a complicated adversary. Each book has a HEA between a gutsy gifted female and a very alpha male. Could hardly put these books down until I finished the set.

XXX! Adult content, reader discretion advised. So this group of books is fun and sexy reading. Mac and Rouge have been my favorite story so far, followed by Bruin and Willow. If you are looking for an easy, fun read that has a lot of sex this is a good choice. Book 8 was the hardest to read as it deals with abuse and other unpleasant topics. Was still a good read.

More in the series
With each new book, the saga intensifies. The stories are fresh and add another layer to the fight between good and evil. I love the romance line as well as the plot twists and changes that keep the series moving forward.
Michael Pauley continues to narrate each story with more and more fervour. He's been a great addition to the already enjoyable books.

So many changes that caused such great joy. Thank you for writing these wonderful stories. It made a difference in my days, reading these stories. I cried happy, please don’t stop making me cry. I was inspired by what I read, and even though I didn’t do much different, I did it happier, if that makes sense. Thank you.

One of my favorite stories in series...only beat by Beckett/Cerise/Lillian & Harlan/ Evie
So sweet & yet so tragic these two souls deserve their HEA. I love all the scenes in the meadow, esp. Lele watching Timber & Canyon in the office. So fun those two brothers.
As usual I'm ready for the next book. I'm really looking forward to Trent's story though. Hope it turns up soon.

Personal Preference Rating 3/5 Spice 🌶🌶🌶 Audiobook (Audible)
I felt like the couples weren’t together for most of each story. Also, I didn’t get the sense that the overarching plot was moving forward. The characters were likable and the stories were interesting but I definitely liked the previous book set much better.

Totally Captivated!
This series is just getting better and better. Now that we know more about most of these shiften and their OTM’s the stories are getting deeper and more involved. Sweet and spicy with lots OMG moments. Amazing read! Enjoy!!!

Fun and Exciting
I have enjoyed every one of the true mates stories. Each story has been exciting. Each couple has had their own troubles but I love that they can work together to have a HEA.

Review
This was fun to read likeable character and and a premises that is reasonably fresh. The writing is good and flowers from on story to the next smoothly. Book 7&8 got very long winded and started to ramble a bit. I'm going to read on hoping there's renewed energy in book 9.

Awesome series
Absolutely loving this series and the characters!! Going to miss them when the series is completed!! This storyline is just what I needed during this pandemic and world chaos!!!

I have read all ten books in the series at least twice. Books 7 & 8 were truly more tangled. More complex, more mystery, and much less humor. One of my absolute favorites is book 6. Begin is so adorable! Truly loved them all and can't wait for Timber and Canyons stories.

WOW!!!
Can't to start on the next one. Lisa has said that there are 13 books planned. I'm headed for number 9.
Jagger and Leilani was good. I'm so glad Harlan finally got through to him.

It’s gotten really good. I love the overarching storyline and meeting all the new mate pairs. There are still some abrupt shifts in plot or character development that feel too rushed or not fleshed out. But 8 books in and I’m still gobbling it up

The explicit sex could have been left out and it still would’ve been great reading the books that I wanted my granddaughter to read. I cannot allow her to read this. It’s not appropriate and too much like a pornographic novel.
