Fantastic book. The basic premise is that we are all the same. We have the same thoughts, desires, anxieties, fears, etc. We all want to have social status and power to get access to more sex and resources.
This book breaks down how to talk to people in a way that makes them feel that you really know them. Very few people in our world stop to think about how others are feeling so this will leave a large impact.
By relating their own feelings back to them and then showing them how that will make them very successful in the future, they will come to like you and wonder, "Who is this mysterious person?"
The most powerful lesson or advice is to sit down and journal about going through your own experiences in life because most other people have gone through the same things and you can use that to connect with them.
Would not recommend. Extremely repetitive on the idea that we all share the shame insecurities and experiences. Once it has been said once it does not need repeating 50 times. For some reason the second half of the book was about basic hypnotic techniques which are really not applicable to cold reading. Makes no mention of extracting information, types of questioning, win wins, get outs, forking, blocking techniques. Lots of spelling errors and unlikely edited by a proof reader or third party.

I had download for learning cold reading but this book taught me about different technique of sales that's why I finished it otherwise I was dropping it in the middle but when I realise that it would help me to increase my sale's script then I completed this .don't fall for his books headlines this book will tell you lots about thinking and how to persuade other thinking it is more about persuasion then cold reading..
