Read this if you are serious about becoming a property developer!

Probably the best book I have read on how to enter the world of property developing. Since reading I have become more involved with Lloyd and Andy at Whitebox through their Property Developers Network zoom meetings and the Land Sourcing Academy. These guys are the real deal and tell it how it is. Do your due diligence and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this book

Describes development in the uk so slightly different than us. Not great but worth having on in the background while brainstorming ideas.

Made me give me some more thought to rent to own.
