Devotion in the Mind is the perfect fifth book in this series written by Arjay Lewis. I have no idea how this author does it, but each book in this series is unique and different. There is an underlying thread throughout, but each one can be read on its own. Do yourself a favor though and start at the beginning because this series is amazing and you will love them all!
The book starts off by totally grabbing your attention and it is next to impossible to put it down. I pretty much read it in one sitting! This is a true page turner, which is one of the reasons I love this series so much. The pace of the book is spot on, never rushing you through the story nor do I ever feel like the story is dragging out.
I love the fact that the author spends a good amount of character development of our main character Leonard and his life and the rest is spend on a well developed plot. It slowly becomes apparent that there may be an underlying twist hidden that covers over multiple books and has to do with how it all started, so I for one am curious to see how that one will work out.
Leonard is an extremely likable character which is another reason why I like this series so much. In this book he actually didn't rely as much as usual on his "side kicks" like McGee but we did learn more about his love interest.
I can't wait to read what the author has in store for Leonard next, too bad he can't write them as fast as I can read them and patience for sure is not one of my virtues but this series is well worth the wait!

I love this series!
This is one of the best series I have ever read! The main character is Dr. Leonard Wise. He has some very unusual talents in the paranormal sense. He is very likeable and I feel as if I know him. There are other characters that are continued throughout the series. Each book can be read as a standalone, with enough back story explained so you don't feel lost. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. We may Lewis is a very talented author!

Great!
Book 5 of this series was excellent. Len is contacted by Marconi (who we met in book 4) to help locate his missing niece. The twists and turns in this book wove a story that I was unable to put down. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Another AWESOME Dr. Wise book!
Doctor Wise is drawn into another frightening situation. Body's seeming to pop up everywhere!! The reader will want more of these Awesome books!!
