Enjoyed writing this novella and taking my characters back to the very beginning. People often ask me about the Brewer children before they got to Quail Crossings and now they can read for themselves. I hope you enjoy.

This book has been updated and is now the beginning of a new short novella series in the Quail Crossings world. Book 2 coming soon!

Good read

Maybe things seem Hadas but this is how it was during that time range. Many people abandoned their children so they could have a chance at living. Can't wait to read the next book in this series

Great book telling you how the family wound up being without their parents and how they wound up at Quail Crossing. An excellent book I enjoyed reading, the prequel to Quail Crossing.

This is a good introduction to Quail Crossings. As it is a prequel it is short rather than a full novel.
