I’ve never been the type of woman to have a casual fling. But after a fight with my boss that ended in a forced vacation and one too many drinks in the hotel bar, I found myself enjoying the company of a man who went by the name of Thorn. A man whose accent I couldn’t quite place and whose black eyes could command anyone to do anything he desired.We had seven days to enjoy each other. Seven days of no commitments, no worries of the future, and no personal details to share. Only, I returned with more than just memories and a few stolen photographs.Too bad we only agreed to share our first names.

The story about Lilly and Thorn was truly amazing. About finding themselves about getting things, they never have thought they ever wanted.
Lilly is strong, independent workaholic. She is literally married to her work. Never has she wanted anything other than to do her job. She loves what she does and she lives for it. When she was forced to take a paid vacation, she flew to her destination with just only one thing on her mind. She never imagined to have a smoking hot vaca affair and so much fun. After her return she's decided to live a little and enjoy the simple things the life offers. Except she brought so much more than her memories of her vacation fling back home.
Thorn was smitten with the her beauty from the very beginning. Because he was raised in a orphanage, he never wanted to have family on his own. When he could convince Lilly to have some holiday fun, he never though he would want so much more. Except after the week she cowardly left without telling him her name.
When they suddenly meet after one year, not one of them was prepared for the consequences.

This was such a fantastic romance read that's steamy, funny and a book all romance readers will enjoy. Lily is such a workaholic and a vacation trip she desperately does not want to take, ends with her having everything and more than she ever dreamed of having and wanting. I enjoyed all of the characters in this story, but Arie (Thorn) is definitely my favorite. He was not only swoon worthy, but he was sweet, thoughtful and caring from the very beginning and I enjoyed him a lot. Readers will absolutely love his character. The moments between him and Hali were priceless. This is the first book I've read from this author and based on how I feel after this story, it won't be my last. This story will leave you with a happy feeling and a smile on your face. I highly recommend it because I absolutely loved it.

I devoured Hidden Paradise. I was in book funk and Amanda got me out of it. I love her work. She continues to surprise me with her books.
What can happen in a weeks worth of vacation? Well Lily is about to found out. She will be in for some surprises. Thorn can't get her out of his system, a week wasn't enough. He tried to find her but with no such luck. It's as fate had it's own plans for Lily and Thorn. They both will be in for a surprise.

Lily is a workaholic. She is a travel blogger. She's constantly on the go to a new destination. She never takes time to just take vacation for herself. Even though she travels, its work work work. So she is forced to take a vacation. Bossman books everything and makes her go. She furiously goes. Ends up on a beautiful resort, meets Thorn and they have 7 days of non committal, no last names, no personal questions affair. There were sexy HOT scenes! I was like wow! I don't want to say anymore, because it will ruin the surprise, but I liked this book a lot. I would definitely recommend this book.

I voluntarily reviewed a won copy of this book (given by the author)...

I really wanted to love this book but it fell a little flat for me. I loved the typical fling romance that leads to something more permanent, however, it was really hard to get into this book. I couldn’t connect with the characters because I did not like Lily, I felt she was very self-absorbed, ungrateful, and selfish; Thorn wasn’t so bad but did have bursts of irrational jealousy at times.
I did enjoy the writing but story just didn’t grab me and towards the end I skimmed some pages.
Possible Spoilers:
We meet Lily and right off she sounds like a full grown brat, I mean what job brings in your whole family to make you take a vacation; she was very upset about being forced to take a vacation (which is normal for a workaholic, I suppose) but she was so rude and nasty to everyone. Then she gets the mother of all vacations paid for her and she is still being grumpy about it.
I was already iffy about Lily but the way she treated Owen sealed the deal for me, she was just so hurtful when she laughed at his explanation about his feelings. After they break up, she’s goes on the trip and meets the dreamy Thorn (literally the next day) and begins the steamy fling of her life. During this fling, she ignores Owen’s texts and phone calls to continue her special time with Thorn. However, after her seven steamy days with Thorn she sneaks away and goes home.
Meanwhile, Thorn blamed Lily for all that he missed and was upset she didn’t look for him. Lily only had his nickname, Thorn, and no way to contact him, but that didn’t stop him from blaming her for all the alcohol and women he went through after she left.
It was just too much and I didn’t really like either of them. I would have enjoyed if Lily had become less selfish in her wants and needs instead of saying it was all in Hali’s best interest. She never even told her family Thorn was in Hali’s life until he made her. I actually loved Owen, his girlfriend, Audrey, Hali and Trevor.

Hidden Paradise by A.M. Guilliams is a super HOT story!!
Lily goes on a mandatory vacation given to her by her boss. She meets a man and sparks fly, like the chemistry is off the charts!!!
I will not give anything away, but let me say this....this book is FANTASTIC. I really didn't expect what happened to happen. That's all I will give away.
I couldn't put this book down, I was on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. I was sad when I finished the book. I am really hoping that the author writes more books with these characters. ((Hint, hint)).

What a HOT and FUN read Hidden Paradise was. It's the perfect story to make you want your own sex God and a vacation. I devoured this book!
Thorn is the perfect mix of sweet and sexy and did I mention he will melt your heart? Yes, he will. Lilly is strong, and a workaholic, never taking an adventure until her boss forces her to so. Arriving angry she wasn't prepared to actually have fun...

OMFG!!! A.M. Guilliams is a First time AUTHOR for me and She BLEW ME AWAY with HIDDEN PARADISE!!! This Book Has All the Feels you can ask for in a Story!! Lily and Thorn Steamy off the Charts story begins in a forced vacation of 7 days on a Paradise Island! Their story had me at the Very First chapter alone and COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN because you wanna know what is going to happen next!
You see Lily is a Workaholic and always GIVES AWAY her "vacation" time but Her Boss Trevor will NOT LET her do it this time around. So between him and her family, they Forced her to take Time Off for HERSELF...NOT for her traveling job. Lily's Boss cut off all her ties with work and put her on a plane to a unknown location for Relaxation and Fun! Of course Lily was Not Having it but She LOVES her job and will do as they say.
Once Lily got to her destination and settled in, she Literally bumped into a Tall glass of Man Steel almost falling to her embarrassment. He caught her of course but before catching her checking him out! He tells her his name is Thorn which she makes fun of but tells her it's a nickname. Last night was a night I would never forget. The way he cherished me. Worshiped my body with so much conviction I never wanted our time together to end. After I pulled on my flight attire, I picked up my bags and carried them to the door. Taking one extra moment, I turned back toward the bed where Thorn continued to sleep unaware. I had so much to thank him for. But those thanks would have to remain hidden. He brought me to life and for that alone, I’d never forget him. I was going back to California a new woman. With new priorities. Ones I planned to implement as soon as I landed and returned to my apartment. I was also going back completely in love with a man that I’d never be able to have.

This is a book that will be loved by any romance fans. It's Sweet, it's funny, Sassy and hot !!
Lily a workaholic travel writer and blogger is forced into taking a vacation by her Boss. Although totally against it, Lily accepts it and wants to spend the time mulling over her relationship that has kind of run its course with her long term boyfriend, and its really only one week Right?
Well hello !!! She did not expect the week to go as it did. Everything went right out of the window when she met Thorn. Now he's a man you can't fail to fall in love with, He's hot, sexy, a little alpha, but he's caring and sweet and dayum that man has skills in the bedroom !!! Their attraction is instant and they decide to spend the week together, giving each other no personal details and neither of them looking for a relationship. When the week is up, Lily skips out of his room and returns home without even saying goodbye. Is that the end? Well you have to read it, its sure does bring some pleasant unexpected little twists, and i enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Well paced and a story that keeps you turning it the pages. I loved the characters, and their growth during this journey had me emotional and yet smiling a lot of the time. Definitely a romance that warms your heart !!!

Lily is a travel blogger for Hidden Pleasures. Her life revolves around her work and she likes it that way. Her boss and family send her on an unplanned vacation and cut her off from work for a week. Lily thinks this is the worst punishment until she collides with Thorn.
Thorn lives to travel. He lives out of a suitcase and wouldn't have it any other way until the collision known as Lily happens. Now he can't see beyond the beautiful woman and he finds himself making plans for the first time in his life, until he wakes up alone and knowing only her first name.
This story was a breath of fresh air. I loved the undeniable attraction between the characters. Even the secondary characters were lovable. I did notice that this book had quite a few editing issues. At times it did take away from the story. If these were fixed this book would definitely be a 5 star rating.

Once again this author has delivered a book you can just get lost in for hours. I adore this author and her work and i look forward to many more great reads to come!

This is a new author to me. Once I started I could not put the book down. Workaholic Lily doesn't like being forced to take a vacation. The love scenes between Lily/Thorn were hot. This was a short and straight to the point book with a HEA.

Lily and Thorn have a HOT week together but since they didn't exchange any info they cannot find one another after their time is up, but they both wished they would have. This was a story that grabbed your attention and kept it till the end. It was enjoyable and Thorn was just one of those guys you just want to grab and hold on to.

Day after day Lily works from sun up to sun down. She never takes a break and her boss has told her on more than one occasion that she is a workaholic.
Trevor, Lily’s boss, decides it’s time for her to take a break. He insists she leave and sends her away for 7 days. He books her an island getaway and tells her to enjoy the scenery, learn to relax and work was off limits.
Lily, a getaway, tourist, travel blogger is excited to discover a new destination. Being the dedicated employee, Lily is determined to work while she is away. Before she leaves Trevor informed her that he had restricted her access to the server. Of course Lily doesn’t believe him, but little does she know, she has no access.
Lily’s trip starts with a typical plane ride. She enjoys a few spirits and starts to panic when she realizes she has to travel by boat to get to get to her final destination.
Upon arrival to her final destination, Lily decides to detour to the closest bar for a drink to unwind from her travel stress before she heads to her room for a nap.
What Lily doesn’t expect is to meet Thorn on her way to grab a drink. They couldn’t have come from more opposite worlds. Thorn grew up in an orphanage and Lily came from a loving family. Regardless of his background, Thorn shows her around the resort and feels the need to accompany her.
At first Lily felt uncomfortable with him, but after spending more time with him she learns to accept that he just wants to get to know her and show her a good time. They end up spending the whole week together. Sparks fly and memories are made, but they never share more than their first name with one another.
After they return back to reality, Thorn and Lily realize they’ve fallen for each other. Knowing they can’t locate one another they both continue to think nonstop of each other.
Fast forward 15 months. They find each other face to face in a company board room. And they have to work together. To make matters worse, Thorn catches a glimpse of Lily leaving the building with a car seat on her hand. Thorn puts two and two together and is determined to figure out whose baby Lily was carrying.
Hidden Paradise was fantastic. I couldn’t put it down and finished it in less than two days. Well written and an awesome love story.

Lily’s trip starts with a typical plane ride. She enjoys a few spirits and starts to panic when she realizes she has to travel by boat to get to get to her final destination.
Upon arrival to her final destination, Lily decides to detour to the closest bar for a drink to unwind from her travel stress before she heads to her room for a nap.
What Lily doesn’t expect is to meet Thorn on her way to grab a drink. They couldn’t have come from more opposite worlds. Thorn grew up in an orphanage and Lily came from a loving family. Regardless of his background, Thorn shows her around the resort and feels the need to accompany her.
At first Lily felt uncomfortable with him, but after spending more time with him she learns to accept that he just wants to get to know her and show her a good time. They end up spending the whole week together. Sparks fly and memories are made, but they never share more than their first name with one another.
After they return back to reality, Thorn and Lily realize they’ve fallen for each other. Knowing they can’t locate one another they both continue to think nonstop of each other.
Fast forward 15 months. They find each other face to face in a company board room. And they have to work together. To make matters worse, Thorn catches a glimpse of Lily leaving the building with a car seat on her hand. Thorn puts two and two together and is determined to figure out whose baby Lily was carrying.
Hidden Paradise was fantastic. I couldn’t put it down and finished it in less than two days. Well written and an awesome love story.

This is a very romantic perfect life story that you will wish you had for yourself. Lilly is a lucky girl to have found in paradise the perfect guy that later becomes so soon worthy that he will be crucial to her happiness. A week of adventure in paradise made her realize that she needed to make changes in her life. Even when she wanted more and made the mistake to let Thorn go once, fate had other plans for her. By chance they ended up finding each other again and he will show her that with her is right where he belongs. This is an easy read that will just make you look for a Thorn for yourself.

Being forced to travel isn’t the end of the world for travel blogger Lily; what IS the worst is that her boss is forcing her to take a vacation. Meaning no work for an entire week. Resigned to the fact that she will just have to find a work around for the week she’s out of the country, she heads to the beautiful Hidden Paradise. Once there she meets Thorn and they quickly become inseparable. They have such a strong connection to each other, right from the start; but what happens when the week ends and they have to leave the island? Is this vacation romance something that can carry over to the ‘real world’?
I have never read anything by A.M. Guilliams, but from the ratings I’ve seen on other books by this author I had a feeling I’d enjoy this book. Just from the brief blurb & excerpt I read I was very interested. I’ll admit I was surprised they left the island so early in the book; I was sure that it would last longer & I was not prepared for the twist she threw in the middle of the book. I really enjoyed the way the author wrote the relationship between Thorn & Lily. The pacing of the book was good; it wasn’t too long – I think I was able to read through the book in a few hours. However, I do tend to read kind of quickly and I also was hooked on the story; I really needed to know what happened between Thorn & Lily. Trust me on this one – you will NOT be disappointed on how this book ends.

A.M. Guilliams is one of my top go to addictions, as there's nothing that she's written that I haven't absolutely LOVED, and Hidden Paradise is no exception. Once again, her brilliant writing style is showcased perfectly in her newest emotional, and awesome story that I couldn't get enough! Lilly is a true workaholic, who is also a very independent woman married to her job. When she's forced to go on a vacation, she never thought she would have such a hot fling with a man. However, when it was over, she decides she's going to live a little bit more when she's home. But she brought more home than just memories home from that vacation. Thorn wanted Lilly the moment he set eyes on her, but he had a hard childhood and never wants a family. Spending time with Lilly changed his mind, but she left without even telling him her name, so he was left with nothing. But fate had other plans, as they ran into each other a year later...and that's all I'm spilling. This story was emotional and yet, beautiful at the same time, as two imperfect people were made for each other. But it was realistic in the telling making it a big bumpy ride that had me singing colorful metaphors at different times, and maybe my eyes threatening to leak a time or two. Which means that Ms. Guilliams, once again, completely transported me into her world so I felt like I was involved in person, making me emotional throughout the journey! And this folks is why I LOVE her so much, cannot WAIT for her next masterpiece, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

This was my first book by A.M. Guilliams. I enjoyed the writing style, pace of the book and the twists. This was a fun, quick read.

This was such a wonderful romance story full of steamy moments, funny ones and definitely had all the feels you could ask for!
I wasn't really sure when I started reading why Lily, a traveling workaholic, would be forced to go on a vacation alone in order to slow her down, but really it worked for this story. When she meets Thorn, he is exactly what the doctor ordered to help her unwind. When their time together is up, they part ways without even exchanging full names. Now, 1 year later Lily has a different outlook on life. She has slowed down, taken more time for her family and is finally happy with the direction she is going in. One thing she never expected to was to see Thorn again.
When the two see each other again unexpectedly the sparks are still there. The problem is that Lily has put up some walls and is guarding more than just her heart this time around.
The two of them together have some serious chemistry and I was dying to know what was going to happen next with them.

Guillams is a new to me author and I will say is an author that I will enjoy ready more work from.
Lily and Thorn's story was one that had me turning the pages and wanting more of them. Their chemistry is hot and it's this that made me really get sucked into this book.

When Lily is forced to take a vacation, that's right forced, she doesn't expect to start it with being broken up with. But determined to get this vacation over, she lands in paradise, you know the place where you have fish swimming under your room, how freaking cool. Lily never thought that these seven days would change her life, but from the moment she meets Thorn, that's just what happens. Thorn opens her eyes as to what she is missing in life, the fun, the adventure. When she leaves paradise, she leaves without Thorn's real name or even knowing any personal details. A year passes and Lily has changed her life for the better, no longer the work-a-holic she once was, and travels a whole lot less, like hardly at all, and makes time for her family. When she is introduced to the silent partner, she is shocked to find that its Thorn, now she just has to figure out a way to let him know that she didn't come back alone from her vacation, she came back pregnant with his child.
I really enjoyed Lily and Thorn's story. I'm a sucker for surprise baby stories so this was right up my alley. With some really hot sexy times, a little bit of drama, this was an entertaining read. I give this 4 stars.

Hidden Paradise was my first read by A.M. Guilliams and I absolutely loved it!! It was fun and sexy and hot! Thorn was perfection! I loved him and his tender loving care towards Lily. Very swoon worthy!! Lily was a strong, independent woman who changed her life for the better. I loved how she opened up to Thorn and the relationship they built. Hidden Paradise had a great story line and we'll developed characters! Definitely fun and refreshing!!

When I started Hidden Paradise, I wasn't sure what to expect and for a little bit there I honestly thought it was going to be sex scene after sex scene. But boy, was I surprised. It turned out to be a story so different from anything I'd read before and I ended up loving it. I found it refreshing and just an enjoyable read.

This is a wonderful story about Lily, a workaholic, who is forced to take a vacation. Her boss is so serious about her taking time off that he puts her on a plane to an unknown place and without access to work computers. The first day, she meets Thorn. They agree to only use first names for the 7 days they are there. Thorn is very thoughtful and sweet, not to mention that he's very handsome. Lily has come to care for him very much but decides that it wouldn't work out between them so she leaves on the 7th day without exchanging information on how to contact each other. Fate has more to offer the couple. I can't say more without spoiling the story. I look forward to reading more from A.M. Guilliams

I loved it!! It was full of steam, humor and sweetness.
Lily is a career woman who is forced to slow down and take a vacation. Thorn starts off as just a hot guy on vacation but more layers are revealed as the story progresses.
I loved that Lily was a strong woman throughout the book. She’s determined to succeed at both motherhood and her career and is mature enough to continue a friendship with her ex and his new girlfriend. Kudos to Ms. Guilliams for skipping the petty drama because that would have taken away some of the book’s happy vibes!
Bora Bora Thorn is hot, but Daddy Thorn is off-the-charts sexy!! I have a huge soft spot for men who cry. He knew he wanted to be with Lily, so he took his time and EARNED her love instead of being pushy and demanding it.

There's just this fleeting feeling I get when I read a book with a character that is a blogger. And then there's Thorn. I want him to be a real person. He was so sweet and caring-ly aware. Thorn was perfection.
