It's been years, but they never got over each other ... A SINGLE DAD SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE.

Olivia

Jenson’s not just a former star quarterback turned brilliant football coach. He's not only an amazing father to twin sons.

He's also...mine.

The problem? He’s always been off-limits.

But we always planned to be together one day. Except sometimes plans change. So we both moved on, or we tried to.

But now, after all these years, Jenson’s back in town. We’re both single. And we can’t keep our hands off each other.

Jenson

When Olivia was born, I was told to look out for her, and she was the girl who made me smile when nothing else could.

When we got older, I fell in love with her. And then we broke each other’s hearts.

I’m a single father now, with two boys who look up to me. And I’m about to show them how to get the win when the clock’s running down and the defense is stacked against you. I’m going to fight for the one thing, outside of them, that’s meant the most to me in my life.

I’ve come back to town on a mission:
To make Olivia mine. Because she and I are meant to be.

But for Olivia and me, meant to be has never been easy…

Olivia and Jensen have been in love since the day they met they have been denying the truth all their lives because her father declared they were cousins even though they are not related. At first she was too young, then they each married someone else and ended up divorced. Finally Jensen decided enough is enough he was going after the love of his life but she is still holding on to appearances because her father is the mayor and the whole town believes they are cousins. I got fed up with the hiding and denying for appearances sake. This is a full length novel and even at the end it seemed Olivia was still ashamed to be judged instead of rejoicing in their love.

The history of Olivia and Jenson is complicated. They were meant to be together, but destined to be kept apart. Love has a way of opening your eyes, even as it breaks your heart. Melissa Belle puts into words the painful moments that are easily overlooked when it comes to love. From shattered endings to new beginnings Jenson is the voice of the romantic that dwells in our souls. That makes it easy to relate to and hard to walk away from.

Jenson hit me as such a great feel-good novel with a bit of heat and sweet. I love second chance romances so much and this one is one that really hit me in the heart.

Jenson was a star quarterback who played with the Wild boys until an accident took him out of the game. Becoming a coach was the natural progression for him. But when his marriage falls apart and he takes his twin sons with him home to a new job and a new life. But returning home means facing Olivia, someone he's always carried a torch for but is off limits for reasons dating back to his early life. Still, when he sees her, he knows that flame still burns and that it isn't just one way. Now, he just needs to figure out how to cross the hurdles that take him to her.

Olivia has made a life for herself even after watching Jenson leave her. She was sure they would be together for the long haul, but life got in the way, and he went with it. They weren't supposed to be together anyway. But when he returns with his twins in tow, she finds the heart melting attraction she's always had with him is still there and might even be burning brighter. Still, can she trust him to be the man she needs enough to push past the boundaries that kept them apart all of these years?

This is my favorite of the Wild Men series so far. There's just something so normal and yet irresistible about Jenson and the love he has for Olivia. The author handles the issues so well and gives us such a beautiful love story in the end. I know I fall in love with each of the Wild boys as she writes them, but I swear the stories keep getting better. And there's nothing that beats a second chance romance in my book. I can hardly wait to see what she writes next.

Melissa Belle does it again with the newest book to the Wild Men series. Jenson is a feel good second chance romance that I loved from the first page.

Jenson is coming home - after being away he and his 2 sons are coming back to his small home town after Jenson gets a job coaching football at the local junior college. Olivia coming off of a divorce has also returned home. Jenson and Olivia's timing has always been off ever since they secretly fell in love when they were still in high school - between age, marriages and children they now have a chance to explore the feelings that have always been between the two of them. The issue is - Jenson is an honoring member of Olivia's influential family and the town sees them as cousins even though they dont have a drop of blood-related to them. Now both are much older but they still have the obstacle of ruining their and their families name if they are not careful. This time though Jenson is determined to have the women he has always loved.

Told in dual POV's we get to see both sides of this story which I loved. We also get to see the eccentric cast of characters who try and set them up (with other people) as Olivia and Jenson try to navigate through their new situation. Ms Belle does a wonderful job setting up the story and creates honest characters with her two leads. We also get to see Colton, Ayden and my personal favorite Dylan again which is always a fun time.

All in all another great story from Melissa Belle - definitely worth the time.

First love and forever love!

Olivia Graham and Jenson Beau have been raised as cousins all their lives eve because his mom was considered family even before she married his step-father. Olivia and Jenson were best friends from childhood even though Jenson was three years older than Olivia and slowly fell in love as teenagers. Finally for one period in time, they were both single at the same time and Jenson had moved back to town with his twin sons.

They both had reasons for not coming out to the family and Melissa Belle handles their relationship and the fallout in town and the family when they finally want to be open about it. Yes, sometimes small towns are great (I grew up in one) but the way some people judge others when they shouldn’t be.

Jenson (Wild Men Book 4) has some depth to the story that makes it worth reading from first love to reunited love!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Olivia Graham and Jenson Beau. Back when they were younger Olivia and Jenson were attracted to one another but before anything could happen things changed in their lives. Now both of them are divorced and not seeing anyone and Jenson is determined to get Olivia in the end this time. Olivia isn't sure she can put herself out there again though. Will they find a HEA this time or will it just be misplaced timing again?

This is a great story. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will take you on a journey that will have you connecting with these characters in ways you never thought you would. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Single father Jenson Beau moves back home after his divorce. Olivia Graham moves back home after divorcing her cheating ex. Jenson and Olivia have loved each other forever but then life got in the way. And for the first time in many years Jenson and Olivia are both single. But with Jenson and Olivia being raised like cousins, even though they're not related, is a second chance in the cards for Jenson and Olivia when they're surrounded by family who would highly disapprove of them being together and judgemental townspeople?

Jenson is a fun, drama-filled and steamy story that will have you rooting for Jenson and Olivia to get their HEA

A really sweet romance. Throughout the ups and downs two soulmates finally have the chance to finish their love story. With the opposition stacked against them, their love pulled them through. The characters are amazing, I loved the way that Melissa was able to really reflect family dynamics, the too overly nosy Aunts that really believe wisdom comes with age to the support of parents wanting what is best for their kids. The story does take you on the highs and lows of love, very well written in my opinion.

An absolutely wonderful second chance romance. It is emotionally deep, beautiful, funny, sweet, and romantic. The characters are adorable, loveable, and so wonderful together; their chemistry is off the charts. It is a story of small town expectations, true love, and embracing fate. Beautifully written, this story is very interesting and enjoyable, and I strongly recommend reading it.

This is a great series and Jenson fits right into the small town he grew up in. Olivia is his best friend and they are both now single and their love comes back with more force than ever. I really like Melissa Belle’s characters and how they grow and develop over the course of the story and how they fight together for happiness in spite of all the real and perceived disapproval they meet. Gotta love small towns. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

Good

I loved this story. What I don't get or will never get is parents that meddle in their kids love life. Their children are grown up and can make their own choices. I hate meddling parents. I am just glad that Jenson finally went and got Olivia back. They are so good together and have waited years to be together. Now they finally get their happily ever after. Thank you I have enjoyed this series so far. I look forward to more books.

Another book in this series that didn’t work for me. I guess “Colton” was the highlight.

This book was so dorky and cringy. The sex scenes were pretty much fade to black. The whole drama with them having to keep their feelings hidden because they grew up as “cousins” although they are not blood related and because her father was mayor?? So dumb. I had to skim most of this book.

Family members

Family can be really naive about what is happening and secrets never stay secret. Olivia and Henson go through a lot before they are able to let their secret out and get what they want.

Second Chances

What can I say, once I Started reading I couldn't put it down. This book was so heartfelt and all about second chances and not letting others opinions dictate your future. It was a fantastic book the story line just flowed.

Now that Jenson and Olivia are both single and back in town again at the same time, it's time for Jenson to claim Olivia as his. His hometown and their small minds and gossipy mouths be damned!

But of course it's not going to be that simple. They'll have to be careful, they'll have to be mindful, and they'll have to decide if the love they have always had for each other is worth what will surely disrupt their lives, their families' lives, their hometown's lives. You see, Jenson and Olive have been raised as cousins. Her father proclaimed Jenson and his mom as family from day one and it didn't seem to matter that the two youngsters didn't love each other as cousins. Not that they're actually biologically related, because they're not, but when one is claimed as family, that's how they stay in their families' and their town's eyes.

Jenson is such a fabulous story. From the heat these two generated, to the skillful way they manage to keep their feelings a secret, even managing the vast amount of characters that all have a hand in their lives, I was seriously impressed with this story, with this wonderful couple. It's loving, it's sexy, and it perfectly depicts small town life. Definitely anxious for more of this world the author has created.

ARC via Booksprout for an honest review.
