I’m lucky enough to beta read for Bella. Bryce’s book is one I’ve anticipated reading for a while now. He’s been through so much and you just know there will be a lot of heartache in this novel.
I feel Bella has given the readers a very intense story, a bit of a roller coaster to go on with Bryce. It starts before the tour, with Bryce trying to prepare himself and to just try and see his kids. Unfortunately, his ex Vanessa does everything in her power to block his attempts. She refuses to see that he’s changed in any way. It frustrates me to no end.
Without giving away too much, I will say that I love the female lead in this story. She’s perfect for Bryce. I really hope everyone else who reads this loves her too.
Over the course of the tour, you’ll see what he has to deal with in order to stay clean. My heart just poured out to him. At one point in this book, I even had tears in my eyes. I honestly don’t think there’s been one of Bella’s books that haven’t done that to me at some point.
I feel like Bella’s writing has evolved over the years. I loved the Triple Threat and Wicked End series immensely. Saying that, Velocity, and especially Bryce’s book, has reached an entirely new level. If you haven’t read any of the Velocity books yet, pick up Ash’s book now and you’ll see what I mean.
This is a must read for anyone who’s loved Bella’s books, or for someone looking for a new Rock series to sink their teeth into. You won’t be disappointed.

Another awesome book by Bella Jeanisse! I love this story about Bryce and his struggles in life. Bryce is a loveable rocker that is faced with many challanges and I fall in love with him every time I read his story. I highly recommended The Velocity series! Rockstars that are real and deal with real life struggles.

Ms. Jeanisse has done it yet again! Bryce’s story is one of coming out of darkness and he is now determined to be a father that his children deserve. The lead singer had actually died one and came near death numerous times due to his drug addiction which cost him his wife and the custody of his children. After getting clean and now heading out on his first tour sober everyone was worried for him because of all the trappings of life on the road. Things were going good until one show that he had an accident at. The last thing his eyes focused on was an “angel”. Wendy was there to help Bryce immediately and stayed with him at the hospital as much as possible as well since she was one test away from becoming an RN. Because of Bryce’s ongoing condition she was offered a job on the road as the nurse for the tour. Watch as things sizzle between her and Bryce and it has you falling for Bryce & Wendy.
I commend this author for taking on the taboo subjects of addiction, suicide and mental illness. The darkness that follows many was the main storyline and was dealt with without pulling any punches. This was a fantastic story that I hope many will read and take this journey with Velocity’s lead singer.

Wow! I loved the emotions in this book! You could just feel everything throughout the book. I even shed tears. You could feel how he faced his demons.

Book three of the Velocity series features Bryce. He's not just a famous and larger than life Rockstar but also a down to earth dad trying to make amends with his ex-wife and be there for his kids. The author pens his story with depth and gives the reader a true to life glimpse of the struggles of an addict. Bryce's story will make your heart heavy in sadness yet also rejoice as he slowly gets his life back on track. I was completely engrossed into Bryce's story and I highly recommend it. This book goes way beyond the realm of your typical Rockstar Romance.

From the moment I started reading this book I found myself fully immersed in the journey of sobriety for Bryce, a rockstar with a long history of drug addiction. Sober after years of near-death experiences and routinely alienating his children and ex-wife, he’s now ready to return to the touring world with a clean outlook. It’s a gritty world though full of temptations that the author doesn’t shy away from as Bryce’s continuing struggle with sobriety is boldly on display. Aiding him in his sobriety is soon-to-be nurse Wendy who’s an admirable heroine and strong support to a man just trying to do right by his family. He’s a man who wants to do right by his children and be the father he knows he can be. Throughout this book Bryce is trying to make the most of his second chance and I was rooting for him every step of the way in a journey that was at times heartbreaking and at times empowering as his past and its affect on him pulled at my heartstrings. Along with trying to stay clean, Bryce is also dealing with his bandmates, a larger-than-life group who were supportive of him while at times allowing temptations to join them backstage in an environment that was vividly depicted. On a whole this was an epic read that I lost myself in as each intense emotion I felt as my own while cheering on this sweet and sexy rockstar as he attempted to right past wrongs.

Bryce and Wendy
Bryce and Wendy captured my heart with their sensual but witty humor, intense emotions and steamy chemistry. Though both have their own set of issues the build up of their relationship is a non stop read with of course the rest of the incredible guys in the band. Can't wait to read more
