This book had been billed to me as an accessible book on mental health, and yet I found it anything but. It has got a few helpful points and so a small chunk of me feels bad for reviewing it so harshly but far from being accessible for large chunks it reads like a textbook. When the authors do try to add their opinion it comes across at times in a way that feels patronising. Honestly...there’s better mental health books out there if it’s self help or basic knowledge that you’re looking for.
