A Saturday night invitation
It is Saturday and Chelsea and Darren are invited to another gathering of the swingers group, only this time it is at The Duck Pond, a very different place and different members, than their first Meet & Greet. Monica immediately grabs Chelsea and won't let her go, taking her and Darren around and introducing them to the other couples. There is dancing, some drinks and of course some scoping out who may be candidates for their next play date. But Monica and Trevor invite them to an after party being held by one of the other couples at a hotel just down the road. In for a penny in for a pound for these two as they are no long just dipping their toe in the water they are about to dive off the high board and make a big splash. It seems that Monica is ready to play as are a new couple Josh and Brenda. Lucky Chelsea and she gets the attention of both Monica and Josh. But Darren is also more than satisfied when Brenda comes to play with him.

Sharing life’s little adventures
This was my first read of this author’s work, so I didn’t know what to expect. Hmmm, naked visitors… interesting…
And that was only the start of it. This was really well-written, very descriptive, and EXTREMELY HOT! And the sneak peek into the next book has me very intrigued. I’ll definitely have to investigate more of these books.
It may not be to everyone’s tastes, but the writing is good, the characters are likeable, and the story is no extension of my life, but it sure is interesting. It really made me see how and why people would be into this kind of lifestyle.

The short story had all the promised elements and mixed partner encounters for both Chelsea and Darren. I wasn’t sure both were equally invested in the encounters but this was also the first book of the series I have read.

It’s my first book in this series and it’s a great one. Chelsea and Darren want to spice up their marriage and have started to meet up with other people who want the same. It’s a short read but it’s very spicy. I am definitely going to get the other books from this series.

4.5 stars This is the first book of Avery's that I've read. I didn't realize I was coming in mid-series but this was hot enough that I'm uncertain it mattered. Of course, I do have plans to read the earlier works. Steamy fun with plenty of mixing going on. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This is book three in the Adventures of Swinging series. This story is the Davenports and Newbury's attend a party with other swinging couples. They find themselves in a special 'after partty' that is sure to heat up their evening and make it a memorable event. Great short story, enjoy!
