Puzzle train is a story as well as an activity book. It talks you through a story about a boy called Alex who wants to be a train driver one day. Along the way he encounters problems, so for example, there are some cows on the track and Alex needs to solve the problem ( a maze) so that he can stop the train derailing. As you go through the book there are lots of different puzzles, spot the difference, picture puzzles and things to spot.
We have been doing this book at bed time as an alternative to reading.

Miss 6 enjoyed. She is working her way through the whole series.

Miss 6 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.

Good for a variety of ages because you can make up your own activities to go with the book. It is a book about trains and various aspects of a train ride. Its a mixture of Where's Waldo and a basic common sense task book.

They added a find it thing at the end, so you can go back through it, which was fun because it added length and rereadability
