EEEEEP!!! Nikki and Damien Stark are back with another little Novella!
I hope this will keep on happening until the end of times! 😍
In this little book we're just a few weeks past the kidnapping, and Nikki is still so very afraid for her family.
Time to take away that fear thinks Damien.
How will he do that you ask??
By having lots of sexy times and taking his wife to Paris. 😁
This was the perfect little addition for all fans of Damien and Nikki!
I hope we'll get a new one every other month for ever and ever and ever!
This one was realllly short - only 70% of the book was the story, the rest was other stuff - but it was a sweet, sexy and heartbreaking little thing! I just adore D+N as parents! I can't get enough of that!
We're also trying to recruit a possible new agent for the new Stark Security Series!!!

My Review:
Indulge Me is a fabulous addition to the series. This is where after Damien, we see that Nikki is struggling with some PTSD to what happened to not just her but her babies. She is still traumatized and Damien is at a loss at to what to do for her. We see some come to Jesus moments in this one, we see Damien take Nikki on a trip to France to reconnect at one of their favorite sex clubs. We see Nikki learning to let go of that burden that Damien is able to do for her. I really loved how well Damien can see what Nikki needs and what she needs to let go of. I also love that we got more growth in their relationship within this novella and was also a very quick and easy read.
I am very eager to see this series come to an end but also for their next chapter in their Stark Security company which does have a series of books ahead.

INDULGE ME is the continuing story of billionaire businessman Damien Stark, and his wife Nikki Fairchild-Stark. INDULGE ME can be read as a stand alone but I recommend reading the series in order for back story and cohesion as it picks up after the events of an horrific time in the couple’s life.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there are some BDSM and Dom/sub sexual situations and scenarios.
Told from first person point of view (Nikki) and third person Damien INDULGE ME finds Nikki Stark struggling to regain control of her life. Seeing his wife is spiralling Damien takes the family on vacation but soon realizes his wife needs something more. I don’t think I could ever tire of Nikki and Damien Stark. I love their love, their trust, their everything. And Indulge Me is just one more story that solidifies their unbreakable bond.
For sure, they’ve been tested and tried. They need this trip—this reminder—to reconnect and remind themselves that they’re each other’s rock, that together they’re amazing and that their love really can keep them safe and sane.

This is the millionth book in the Stark (It started as a trilogy but now it’s a SAGA) Saga by J. Kenner. When I read the original trilogy I fell in love with Damien and Nikki and they became my number one couple. I’m always sorry to see a favorite couples story end and I appreciate a glimpse into their future every now and then. But Damien and Nikki’s life has turned into an OTT soap opera or Lifetime movie. Honestly it’s made a mockery of the relationship I once loved so much just like Ava Claire did with Jacob and Leila Whitmore.

A quick and steamy read with underlining darkness mixed in. Still reeling from the recent kidnapping of their daughter Anne, Damien and Nikki Stark both struggle in different ways. Damien is concerned that Nikki is in danger of falling back into her harmful ways of the past and with this in mind decides the time is right to whisk them away.
Damien is the glue that holds Nikki together; his strength and love has helped her overcome so much and she in turn does the same for him. As her memories crowd in on her and she has descends into the darkness that she is struggling with, Damien will do whatever it takes to bring the woman he loves back to him and his family. Even if that means demanding her submission.
The relationship between Damien and Nikki is just as intense and passionate as ever and although I can only guess at their history at times, it seems that they are more in love than ever.
I haven’t read all the previous books in the Stark world but I was still able to follow this one without too much trouble.

This is Damien Stark at his dominant, loving, sexy, erotic, steamy best. How can Ms. Kenner continue to bring fresh stories that make us fall in love with Damien and Nikki a little more with each book? There has been a cloud hanging over Nikki since her daughter, Anne, was kidnapped. Although Anne has no memory of the events, it has left a permanent mark on Nikki. Damien hates to see his wife so afraid, so he decides to make Nikki step out of her comfort zone and face her fears. With everything from flying across the Atlantic in nothing but a trench coat to enjoying her husband at a very upscale club, Nikki is forced to face what scares her. Another winner ☺️

Yessssss! I love diving back into Stark World. I just can't get enough of Damien, Nikki and their brood.
I devoured Indulge Me in no time. This novella was a great little extra in the Stark family world.
However it might be me, but this one didn't really feel like anything new for me - except for Damien trying to recruit more members for Stark Security.
I loved seeing Daddy Damien - in both ways 😉😉😉
This really was a pretty short and adorable little snippet into the Stark's lives, and I enjoyed it from start to end.

Another amazing installment of everyone's favorite power couple Damien and Nikki. In this book we see Nikki forgetting how strong she is after the kidnapping. Her fears are getting to her, so Damien does what he does best and goes all Alpha on her and takes her away to remind her that she is strong. He ends up reminding her in his own sexy and hot ways that will have you fanning yourself.
This is a must read for a Stark fans, you will not be disappointed. I can never tire from reading about Damien and Nikki LOVE everything about them!!

Indulge Me is an amazing novella! I have loved Nikki and Damien for years. I feel like I have been with them from the beginning and been thru all the the trials and tribulations with them. This novella was everything I have come to expect from Julie Kenner. It was a quick ready the grabbed me on page one and I couldn’t stop until I read the whole thing. This story not only is steamy and romantic but it gives us a glimpse into what the future may hold for the Starks. It’s a must read for sure!!!

It's always a decadent pleasure to go back to Damien and Nikki.
This novella sways between beautifully blissful marriage life and darkly alluring journey through the senses.
Damien Stark loves his wife above all else. He's planning to set up a way to protect the innocent from the monsters in this world. First, though, he has to show his beloved the real extent of her strength.
This chapter of their lives gets surprisingly daring and exhilarating. Damon and Nikki renew the bond between them in deeper, more meaningful ways that fill this story with pleasure, feeling and power. I loved how true it still feels to continue the adventure alongside these characters. The setting is as perfect as what they learn there about themselves.
I also liked the other characters' support, and I think Antonio's story is going to be amazing.

This may be a quick read but it certainly packs a mighty punch as we find ourselves back with Damien and Nikki Stark, as always this authors gives us everything we want and need from this couple and their group of family and friends but this time we get some added darkness to the story.
Nikki is still trying to get her life back to normal after the kidnapping and it’s up to Damien to do what he does best, take her away from it and fill her days with sexy times in Paris. Damien is Nikki’s strength and he will do what ever is needed to protect her and his children and he won’t let her slip back into the dark world she lived in before him. As always this relationship is intense and very passionate and I loved every moment of my time with Damien, Nikki and the Stark World.

Let’s be honest. Damien and Nikki have already lived full lives. They have been threatened, endured kidnappings, and generally been despised by someone in many of the books in the J. Kenner Stark series that revolves around this couple. And yet, they always finds a way back to each other: physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is the crux of J. Kenner’s newest book, Indulge Me, in this saga: completing and healing each other after fear has set in, so they can move forward, conquering it through their love for each other.
Nikki is struggling. Fear has found a place in her soul, and it acts as a shadow over everything: her work, her children, her husband. Damien, always astute, senses and understands his wife’s current frame of mind, and he knows she must overcome it, so they can move forward. Taking control as only Damien Stark can do, he sweeps Nikki away to Paris, acting as her dominant once again, as a way to help her embrace her fear and work through it.
What I love about this book:
*It’s a novella, so it is a quick nugget of all that you love about Damien and Nikki. This story isn’t drawn out. It hits hard from the beginning, engrossing you in the pages. It also incorporates several of the characters from past Stark novels: Ryan (of course!), Jackson, Sylvia, etc. It even makes connections to the Stark Security Series, the newest series in the Stark universe. It’s the type of book by J. Kenner that makes you feel like you’re sitting with an old friend: comforting and happy.
*It’s steamy. Nikki and Damien are steamy$ex personified, and J. Kenner has really brought it with this book. In fact, it’s the core of this book. Damien uses his physical dominance to give Nikki her fill as a way to move her beyond the fear that has set in. He wants to push her “lines” as a way to force her thinking beyond the boundaries it’s set up after their daughter’s kidnapping. With that, Damien pushes her $exually in a way that he hasn’t done in past books. It is classic Damien/Nikki, and it’s hot.
Quick, sultry, and thoughtful. Those are the words that best describe J. Kenner’s Indulge Me, the newest Stark series book. I think Kenner reminds us that fear can overtake us and keep us frozen in place if we let it. Instead, we need to face our fears, push our boundaries, and let love heal us from the inside.

Damien uses his physical dominance to give Nikki her fill as a way to move her beyond the fear that has set in. He wants to push her “lines” as a way to force her thinking beyond the boundaries it’s set up after their daughter’s kidnapping. With that, Damien pushes her $exually in a way that he hasn’t done in past books. It is classic Damien/Nikki, and it’s hot.
Quick, sultry, and thoughtful. Those are the words that best describe J. Kenner’s Indulge Me, the newest Stark series book. I think Kenner reminds us that fear can overtake us and keep us frozen in place if we let it. Instead, we need to face our fears, push our boundaries, and let love heal us from the inside.

For me, Damien and Nikki Stark are the ultimate power couple of the romance book world, so to say I’m like a kid in a sweet shop is no lie, my excitement is uncontrollable when there’s a new release because J Kenner never fails to deliver when it comes to the Starks!
Another brilliant installment of the Stark’s life, this story has everything, it gave me butterflies, had me swooning, melted my heart, my stomach churned and I didn’t want it to end. It completely consumed me! And let’s not forget had my body temperature rising, burning up and making me flushed because JK brings us the steamiest scenes that are intense and erotic . The passion between Damien and Nikki only seems To get hotter and more explosive every book.
And how is it, that their love grows each story? Damien Stark is a very successful man, one of power and control but what I love about him is he isn’t one the arrogant alpha-holes we usually get in stories and the love he holds for his wife runs so deep, she is his world his everything and he simply cherishes her, there is nothing he won’t do for her, he knows her better than she knows herself.

I will never get tired catching up with Nikki & Damien Stark. Julie gives her readers what they want each and every time she let them into Damien and Nikki’s life and leaves them wanting more. There isn’t one book I have missed in this series and I never will. I was gifted Indulge Me in exchange for an honest review and anyone who has read the Stark series will become addicted to it and this book is no different.
The aftermath of Anne’s kidnapping is still being felt by both Nikki and Damien but this time Damien isn’t sure if he is enough to get his wife back. Nikki hit a pretty low point when her youngest daughter was kidnapped and coming back from that darkness has been harder for her than she thought. She is doing her best to hide the struggle going on inside her but her husband can always see what she is trying to hide. That’s the thing about their relationship, they never keep secrets from each other.
Damien has always been good at being the strength that Nikki needed but he knows she needs more than that this time. She needs to see what he sees; a strong independent woman who is in charge of her life. Right now she is giving into her fears when she should be confronting them. A trip to Paris is what they both need to solidify the deeply intense connection they have. It’s also the way that Damien has come up with this plan to show his wife that she is the strongest woman he’s ever met and proving it to her will be his pleasure.

This was such a cute look into Damien’s point of view following the events in Damien. The POVs switch between Nikki and Damien and the differing manners of thinking were so cool!
I really enjoyed the fact that they both tried to keep their relationship with their children first and foremost but never let their relationship get unhealthy.
If you haven’t read any books about Damien and Nikki, not only are you missing out but you are also going to want to skip a little over this part.

Damien and Nikki have always had amazing chemistry. They couldn’t help it. They were so passionate about each other but they each had their respective mental issues. Nikki had cut and still occasionally cut and Damien had plenty of demons by himself.
The two of them helped one another overcome both of those issues. But demons are almost never defeated. When one is weak, they always appear again. In Indulge Me, they talked about that. Damien and Nikki, both, saw that either one was having issues with their demons and they both took measures to ensure that the other one didn’t backtrack.
I love that in a relationship. It wasn’t a five star for me because I couldn’t help but think that maybe, there didn’t have to have sex. Of course, with a couple as passionate and fiery as Damien and Nikki, they do have lots of sex but the problem that Nikki was facing could have been solved by talking not necessarily sex.
Besides that, it’s another one for the books because I really liked.

The story and phenomenon that is Damien and Nikki Stark continues in this welcomed novella. We get another special opportunity to look into their domestic lives as a married couple with two children. They have enormous wealth and eminent power yet it does not shield them from the darkness, violence or evil in the world.
With the previous kidnapping of Anne the youngest of the Stark's children, Nikki feels that the bubble they had lived in for years has popped. And her involvement in a road rage incident on the way back from a cinema visit is the catalyst for her renewed fear and angst.
Damien is concerned about Nikki's present state of mind and when he is made aware of the car incident and Nikki explains further, he includes her on his business trip to Paris. His motive in taking her is to dispel her fears and close a seeming distance between them. He devises a series of sexual and erotic encounters designed to demonstrate her strength, improve her confidence and renew her trust in herself and Damien's ability to keep her and the children safe.
However, although my love of Damien and Nikki grows exponentially. I will ask. Why is Nikki allowed to drive along the famous Mulholland road or walk around Paris without security protection?

I teally love all of J.Kenner's books I love love The Stark international series and all the novellas that give you more information and little tidbits to Damien and Nikki's life and all the friends and families stories. I started to read Damien and was so consumed by their love story that I started to re-read the series including all the novellas again. I read Jackson's Steel and Slyvia's trilogy and am again going to read that trilogy, also I would very much like to read more about Jaime Archer and Ryan Hunter. I'm so intrigued now with Dallas Skyes and Jane Skyes-Martin trilogy. I started with Dallas and Jane story I have all of J.Kenner's books, but haven't read them all like The man of the Month series I have all 12 books, but yet have to read them. I can't wait to read Wyatt's Trilogy, Wicked Grind, Wicked Dirty and Wicked Torture.I also can't wait to start my read on The Stark Security books oh my those are going to be some interesting reads can't wait. I have all the books that are released and I won't start to read till I know its a complete set.I have Shattered with you, Broken with you, Ruined with you. Will be waiting and I already pre-ordered Wrecked with you. I've read every 1001 Dark nights. K.Jenner please don't stop writing!

It’s amazing how quick I am dragged into Nikki and Damien’s world...just a few paragraphs and I tune out the real world and am in bliss! I devour the words, get lost in their connection and am greedy for more. I never want their story to end!

So, I'm a huge JKenner fan. I LOVE the entire Damien and Nikki series, own them all, but this novella just didn't do it for me. Damien and Nikki are still trying to get back to a normal life after Anne's kidnapping, but Nikki has had a dark cloud over her after a car incident that left her looking over her shoulder. Damien wisks her off to Paris to get her grounded again and to force her back into her normal confident self. I guess I just didn't see a purpose for this installment. Of course those of us who love this series want anything Nikki and Damien, but not quite this way. There's one new character to add to the mix, but I think that could have been done with a full length novel. Story wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting, and was a bit long in parts in a short novella. Hoping for the next installment to follow soon.

I LOVED going back into Damien and Nikki's world. They've been through a lot and Damien knows just what Nikki needs. I love how Damien wants to keep Nikki and his family safe and he does do that with his unlimited means and power. However, the past has taught him money can't buy everything. Still, he wants his wife to feel safe and loved. You can feel their emotions on these pages of this book. Julie quickly sucks the reader back into the Starks' lives and you live and breathe with them. While this is a novella, it was fun to get lost for awhile in Paris! This book is hot, sexy and oh so delicious. Damien truly loves his wife and Nikki would do anything for him as well, but this book was his turn to take care of her. And take care of her, he does! *fans self* The romance isn't dead between them. This couple makes time for each other, as well as for the family. This was such a swoony, sexy read! Don't let this one pass you by!

Nikki was petrified when the driver of a fast-driving sports car wanted to play games on a curvy, mountain road. She told her friend Jamie about it. Jamie told Ryan and he told Damien. Nikki was afraid this was a harbinger of something bad to happen. He took Nikki to Paris and told her she had to face her fears. He had her wear a trench coat with nothing on under it. In Paris, he takes her back to A la Lune wearing a dress that is almost transparent but no one is really watching them. He takes her to a private room where he tells her he loves her. She knows and tells him his love is her strength.
They go sightseeing and she tells Damien the lawn of Rodan's mansion would be the perfect place for a wedding. He has an idea and asks Nikki how she would feel about renewing their vows. The lawn would be perfect but he is not sure it would be allowed. He would like to have their friends and family around them.

I am still waiting for my Ryan and Jamie novella. I hope that the next 1001 dark nights novella the author will write will be about them because the story we got from the monthly newsletter is not enough for me. Nikki will always think of the worst and try to heal but she never gets there. At least we have Damien and I love that man. He is so protective of his family. The thing is that I feel like these two need to just be happy for a while because practically every story is about them going through something bad and it's tiring. The aliens are the only thing that hasn't been a threat yet and maybe I just wanna see these two happy for 100% of the book. I liked how Damien tried to remind Nikki of their lives before the kids got into their lives and that was the best part of this novella. It was easy to read and short which was a bonus.
