I need a wife. Now.

And I’m running out of time.

But who proposes to a stranger after the first date?

Me. That’s who. As if I have another choice.

Luck is on my side though, and a beautiful model shows up in my office.

Single? Gorgeous? Funny? All of the above.

Our first date goes so well that I feel unsure about my decision to do this thing with her—you know, fake it. I put it off and decide to do it later, to ask for her help after we get to know each other better.

But I like her more and more each time we meet, and eventually, offering her a ring isn’t for my dad’s money—it’s because I want her more than anything else in the world.

A LITTLE MIX AND BLEND!!!
Talk about putting the cart before the horse. Nice read, I laughed at some parts I just couldn't help myself. You get a full scope of emotions, raw and otherwise. It's a rough ride for a while but, Ali did her thing and brought this bad boy together beautifully. You're going to be feeling all the hurt, want, heartache, sorrow, deceit and lies. The characters are complex, well developed their personalities along with their unique qualities that are vast and varied with traits that balance out perfectly. The two main characters I fell in love with. I hurt when they hurt, felt cheated when they did and betrayal was another Titanic sinking. The scenes are so graphically detailed it paints a great backdrop that really makes the storyline pop. Twists and turns, ups and downs, they pulled some fantastic plays though that really brought this baby alive. Remarkable job Ali, thanks for sharing this awesome read with us.

Longer than I thought with the man overthinking everything.

Terran stands to lose his family inheritance and his business because his dbag dad put a clause in his will that T must be married by 35 in order to claim it. It's awful.

He meets Hailey because she's the model on a very successful ad campaign his company put together. And really likes her, but doesn't tell her his predicament because he's not sure about her but doesn't want to jeopardize their budding relationship.

There's an evil uncle who wants to ruin T, for reasons unknown, and T and H split up for a bit and he has to figure out what he's willing to lose in order to win her.

First, THE TITLE OF THIS IS AWFUL. It's deeper than this tropey title. Second, the lack of sophistication between the two of them is disturbing. Also, their choice of friends leave much to be desired.

This did not keep my attention. Perhaps it was knowing that it was only the fi
Rat part in three books; it was the suspicion that each felt towards the other, despite wanting to believe them, and the fact that both took advice from friends who had never met the other person; but the story did drag.
And how does she have an original Van Gogh on her walls? That.is just a little over the top.

Needless cliffhanger

This booked dragged all the way to the end... where there was a cliffhanger. The author should have tightened up the story, got it all in one book, and it might have been a good read.

Marry me for money
Ali parker

Terran is a bit of an entitled and spoiled player so he does not take well to his father’s clause on having to marry by thirty five to inherit his father’s estate and hold on to his own company.

Unwilling to give up his lavish lifestyle to which he feels justified to keep, he starts looking for a suitable wife. With six months left until the deadline, time is running short. The fact that he chooses Hailey, a soon to retire sought after model, he is fortunate that she has a heart of gold and he genuinely falls for her. He decides to put off telling her about his father’s will, which cause drama and breaks her trust in him when she eventually finds out.

This was such a sweet Love story as we see Terran mature and man up in his decisions. Hailey helps him to be s better man as she gives him the chance to shine.

This is truly a fake fiancée story with a twist. There’s the obvious twist that the it’s not as fake as Terran thinks it’s going to be, but that’s not where it ends. I won’t go into greater detail about the twists and turns this story takes because I don’t want to be accused of getting all spoiler-y. I loved watching Hailey and Terran navigate their way through all the emotions, deceptions, and sabotage to find their forever together. I could have done without the best friends, though. Zach didn’t irritate me as much as Mandy did. But, on the whole, it kind of felt like they were just there to cause unnecessary drama and doubt between the main couple.

What I thought was going to be another fake fiancé story turned out to be so different than I was expecting! I enjoyed this love story all through the ups and downs! I loved the characters, starting with the party-hardy rich friend Zach, the caring friend Mandy, the trouble making crazy uncle Lance, to the main characters Terran and Hailey. Hailey is a great female character because she shows her strength and commitment to honesty. Terran has to work to prove his love and loyalty to Hailey, which was fun to see! Although I received this as an ARC, all opinions are my own.

Read it in full, but cannot get past the :
Gorgeous successful rich supermodel with Van Gogh painting on her walls who is actually a 28yo virgin, and falls for the bachelor/manhore who needs a wife to get his inheritance, and changes his way for her...

I am not saying no one is a virgin at 28, but why do they always have to be successful+drop dead goregeous, and why does the H always have to be an asshole?

I absolutely loved Terran and Hailey's story. Terran had to find a fiance before his 35th birthday or he'd lose his company and inheritance. When he met Hailey, it was love at first sight. They had there ups and downs, but overcame all the obstacles in their way. The characters were very well written. The story was sexy, romantic, and sweet. I couldn't put it down.

Terran is a billionaire with a big problem. When his father died his found out that there was a clause in the will pertaining to his inheritance. He had to be married by his thirty-fifth birthday or lose everything. Hailey is a model wanting to branch out into acting before she's too old for modeling jobs. Hailey has been the face for the ad campaigns Terran's company has been using for awhile and now he wants to extend her contract if she's willing. Hailey is stunned by the offer and the salary however she wants him to know that she wants to be an actress also. After their meeting Terran askes her out because he is drawn to her. When they go out he knows that she would be perfect as a wife for him but he worries about how she'll feel about it not being real. They really connect and when Hailey learns what he wants of her she's hurt because she thought they were building something real. Will Hailey still help Terran? Can Terran prove to her that his feelings are real?

This is a great book and once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Hailey and Terran is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Money Or Love....Maybe Both!!!

Ali Parker has done it again with a story that will take you to the top with a few loop de loops along the way. Terran has found himself caught between a rock and a hard spot with an ironclad clause in his father's will. He has to be married by his thirty fifth birthday or lose everything. Hailey it's a popular model close to aging out and odd wanting to go into acting. When these two meet for the first time it's like time stand still. What starts out as Terran finding a fake fiance, without Hailey's knowledge, turns into a different ball game. There's more to Hailey than just a beautiful face but Terran hugs been burnt before and can't help the distrust he feels. Between their best friends offering not do good advice, a lost relative and pay hurts Terran and Hailey take a journey full of ruts and uncharted water. Will they be able to smooth the way for a beautiful future or will their misunderstandings detour their happiness?? I recommend your one click option and enjoy the journey with Terran and Hailey. The ride is real so be ready to laugh, cry and shake your head and maybe yell at some people.

Looooooooong

Wow! That was WAY TOO LONG! Way too much useless text. I skimmed so much and never missed a beat. This story could be told in half the text and been much better. It just droned on. The storyline was good, but the droning made it almost unbearable to finish. I would have enjoyed it if not for that. I like Terran a lot. I wasn't as big a fan of Hailey. She acted all offended that he thought she was in it for the money and yet she created that problem! Instead of answering him right off the bat she left him wondering. And she said she would tell him and she never did resolve it until he called her on it. I would wonder of her intentions too and I don't think she had any right to act all high-horsed about it. In fact her holier-than-thou attitude all throughout was too annoying to really connect with. The fact that she thought everyone only wanted her for her beauty said more about her own ego than everyone else. And since she made her living off her beauty isn't that a bit hypocritical? I just never got into her character. I actually would have preferred Terran end up with Mandy. Droning and Hailey made this book not worth the read.

Another well written read by author Ali Parker. Would you do anything you had to in order to stay comfortable in the lifestyle you are used to? What would you do if your father put in his will that you needed to be married by a certain birthday or lose everything? I personally wouldn't want to find out but that's what happened to Terran. He was put into this position and he had no idea what he would do. Could he find a woman that would pretend so he could collect the money but not be tied down? Hailey is a successful model who wants to be an actress. She just so happens does work with Terran's agency so when he calls her in to offer her a contract to do another modeling gig, will sparks fly? Will he ask her to be his pretend fiance or not ask at all and just see where things go? You will have to read the book to find out what happens. This is a well written book with enjoyable characters and storyline that keeps your attention throughout. Enjoy

This was a disappointment after reading the Vegas billionaire book.

I like Hailey as a model, but her as an actress makes her seem too flighty, doesn’t suit her character. Her luck in acting is totally bogus, getting cast to star in a film on her first try, and winning an award at the end? Too ridiculous and far-fetched, silly.

As for Terran, he’s caught in a situation that makes marriage his only option. His friend, Zach, is intolerable. Zach steers him wrong every time and is unfeeling and cruel, both towards Terran’s distress about lying to Hailey, and about using her to get his inheritance.

I love Mandy, a beautiful person who works at an orphanage, where Hailey is kind of a drop in volunteer.

Too many unlikeable and nonsensical occurrences in the story, like Terran suddenly thinking Hailey is after him for his money for no real reason, encouraged by best friend, Zach, of course.

Not sure I’ll read more of this author’s work, the Vegas book was a one off.

What do you do when the only way to get your due is by getting married? Terran is between a rock and a hard place when his father’s will stipulates that the only way for him to get his inheritance is by getting married by his thirty fifth birthday. As he is a playboy and likes his women, getting married is the last thing on his radar. Hailey is a model and an aspiring actress as she is getting older and wants a change. When she meets Terran, the attraction is immediate and a plan is hatched. However, all is not to run smoothly as greedy family members threaten the foundation that Terran and Hailey have built. Can they work through the miscommunications and past fears to have their happily ever after? This is one storyline filled with passion, twists and turns as the pages move from beginning to end.
I volunteered to read a copy of this book and the opinions are my own.

Oh wow, this one has to be one of your best. It really went in depth with what society thinks about. Are the rich getting richer or are the poor getting poorer. Do we need to make changes to help. Yes I think we do. But this story told us of how to do it in a way that no one gets hurt. Terran and Hailey are the perfect dream couple and want to just live their lives in love and happiness but dear Ole uncle Lance tries to make that dream never come true. Through it all we watch as they have those everyday couple moments and push through it and come out the other side so much better for it. I loved the ending. Now we need to see Mandy and Zach each get their story or maybe have them be the next couple. Congratulations on another excellent book. I happily give it 5 stars. Not exactly

Not all is what it seems. Tarren and Hailey are both prominent people in their own right. Tarren needed to grow up a wee bit. Hailey is portrayed as mild mannered, sweet, kind, and it seemed the two fell for each other a wee bit too easily. It wasn't all smooth sailing! I did appreciate Ms. Parker's input on foster care and orphans. People donate to charities, yet most of each dollar never gets to the actual cause. I liked Hailey's way of doing her part. Overall quality of writing was good, proofreading had a few glitches, no cheating or cliffhanger and you get a happy ending. Enjoy

What do we do for love? This book gives us an incite into how people react to money. On one hand people will do anything for it even lie. Another will sacrifice for it. Terran had to decide which one was right for him. In talking to his friend he felt sure that lying about his situation was right only for it to blow up in his face and him realizing he had something better than money. I liked that he didn't give up on love because without it life is hard to live. A very good read! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. Terran finds himself in a bind thanks to his father's will that states he has to may before he can get his inheritance and he's months away from the due date. Hailey is a model who wants to go into acting and works on occasion for Terran's company. When these two first meet Terran is captivated by her ethereal presence. He is too tongue tied to say anything but nod. Once he gets his head together, he realizes that Hailey is the one he wants to be his bride. Will he be able to pull it off in time? Better yet what are the chances of her going ballistic when she finds out his real reason behind his pursuit? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Ali Parker has a gift for writing that hooks a reader time and again and has them eagerly awaiting the next masterpiece she writes.
Marry me for Money portrays Terran, a billionaire who will lose everything unless he finds a fake fiancé by the time he’s 35. Yet life always throws a curve ball and in walks Hailey, and she’s more than he could hope forgiven his playboy lifestyle. The characters develop right in front of your eyes and they face secrets and misunderstandings that threaten their relationship to the core. This book will captivate readers and is a must have for any romance reader.

Awesome contemporary unique billionaire romance. Terran's father's will has left him in a bind. He has to be engaged or married, in a short period of time, in order to inherit millions and the company has worked so hard to build. Then he meets Hailey who is a beautiful model both inside and out. If course there is a villain trying to destroy him. The book is very enjoyable, keeps you turning pages and is a standalone with a HEA. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Parker.

Just moved so slowly

I may have missed out on one of the greatest romances of all time. But, it just moved so slowly, I lost interest almost immedirely. I stuck with it for ten chapters. I think that was a fair chance. It just never picked up.
According to the pop-up on the intro page, this thing averages over SEVEN HOURS to read. Now, it may be the work of a book stuffer (a writer who stuffs 9000 books under one cover), or, it could be, this one story drags on for seven hours. I have lost all interest in finding out which.

A little more sweet than exciting

I love all Ali Parkers books. This one was sweet. Moved a little slow at times but I still loved it and enjoyed it. It lacked a spark that I’m used to from her writings but I wasn’t disappointed. I just felt we were floating along in the story in a slow and steady pace to get to the end. I wanted to see what happened but could put the book down any time. It was still a nice love story between Terran and Hailey. He needed to grow up a bit and at times, she seemed too good to be true.

Golddigger or not?

Absolutely loved it!!!! Ali does a great job and the characters go very well together. She’s a model he’s a ceo what foe they have in common, they are both orphans so to speak.
She’s sweet, nice, kind, beautiful and she’s got a heart of gold. At least that’s what he thought when he was getting to know her. Now he’s not so sure.
He’s a playboy and has dated just about all the beautiful models out there... or st least that’s what the tabloids say. Is he really as different as she thinks?
A great first book in a series that ends with a cliffhanger.

Be married by 35 or lose the billion-dollar inheritance. What a choice for rich boy Terran, who only had 6 months to marry or he wouldn’t be able to enjoy the finer things anymore.

“Poor or miserable are not the best options to choose from.”

The answer was hiring a fake fiancé to play the part to get the money and keep his company. But who? Then comes Hailey, the athletic model. How will Hailey react to the proposal?

This was a fairly nice read overall, but it was a little slow for my taste. I mean, we don’t get the proposal until halfway in. An okay read.

There is more to this billionaire fake finance story than meets the eye!
Terran needs a wife to save his lively hood, Hailey could be the answer to his problems- or the creator of an even bigger one.
A deep, engaging storyline with passion, love, and wit. The tug of war of battle Terran and Hailey's mind and hearts go through is a spectacular display of frustrating emotions!
I was all over the place with this one!
I suggest checking this crazy train of feels out for yourself!

Fabulous read!!!

Loved this book.
Loved the storyline, the characters, and everything.
Loved Terran and Hailey. Loved Mandy and the orphanage. Would like to think that maybe Terran and Hailey could eventually adopt Melissa seeing how Hailey loved her.
I'm so glad that they both persevered in pursuit of each other and that the money situation didn't get too ugly and they got their HEA.
Brilliant book, brilliant story.

Not impressed

This book was so frustrating that I had to put it down and read something else before I picked it back up to finish it. The first half of this book was awful to me. The back and forth between the two guys was really killing me. Terran was happy when was with Hailey but when he got around his best friend he acted as if he wasn't the one spending time with Hailey. The book did finish strong. The story could have been told in half of the chapters.
