Intrigue,murder,romance, oh my!

Loved all three books in Volume one. Full of twists and turns, palace intrigue, hate and love, each book kept me on my toes trying to figure out the truth behind the intrigue. I can usually figure out long before the ending, but not this time. Well worth reading. My first time reading this author. I'm hooked!

I’m quite pleased that this was a box set because otherwise the cliffhanger at the end of the first book would have stopped me from reading more. Lots of action, fair amount of romance, and nicely developed characters make for an interesting story.
