Grateful for her work and her willingness to share her story and knowledge. There's a section in the book where she goes into background of researchers which was at times hard to follow otherwise very good read.
This book has a lot of scientific information about keto, but it's easy to follow and understand. It focuses a lot on research, especially in regards to Alzheimers because the author became interested in the benefits of keto when her husband was diagnosed. There are a lot of amazing results from keto with various diseases. Ultimately, though, I felt that a lot of what's in this book can be found more succinctly stated in other books on keto. And there's a lot of information provided about the researchers behind the studies, which I didn't find interesting at all.
