Yet another ferret book from the late 80s chock full of information about owning your own ferret. This one was more business and less pictures compared to the last ferret book I reviewed. The author is a ferret-aholic who bought one and in time had to horde an entire farm of ferrets to keep themselves happy. The book delves into nutrition, health, their reproductive systems and ways to make them feel at home. But not first without warning you what you are getting into with a section called, "Is a Ferret Right for YOU?" One of my favorite parts of the book was the photographs and explanation of the different color combinations ferrets can come in.
