This read like the final book in a series and I hope it is. Even though I enjoyed all 10 books, I feel like it's time to end it now, 10 is a good number to stop the series. I had fun reading about Sam, Lucy, and Antonio's spooky adventures trying to save their school. I also think this would be a perfect series for a horror beginner to get into. All in all, I had fun reading this awesome & spooky books and I hope others find them just as fun. - R.C.

I'll never lose my love and appreciation for children's books no matter how old I am. This one was a quick read during my morning routine. More fun than creepy for a kid's book, and I don't think I'd think differently were I a little girl reading this.

{My thoughts} – I have grown to enjoy this series. It has a bit of mystery and intrigue to it. In this wonderfully all new book the hall monitors are faced with an all new battle against Orson Eerie. It is time for them to battle him during a town Eerie Day Celebration.

This is meant to be the biggest battle yet. The reason is because Orson is getting weaker and weaker. He is having problems standing up to the hall monitors. Since he hasn’t been able to defeat the hall monitors he has grown weak. The hall monitors believe that this is meant to be their last battle with Orson Eerie and that they will no longer have to battle against him.

Sam, Lucy and Antonio go into the battle with a plan. They have everything worked out and are hoping that they will once and for all be able to defeat Orson. I have often wondered how the final battle would play out. If this is the final battle, it is for sure well written and illustrated. I look forward to reading more books by this author in the future!

A great series wrapup

This book series had some silly adventures, but it shows the power of friendship and standing up for what's right no matter what.

This is a great story for early readers, 8 and under.

Courageous hall monitors save students and parents from evil Orson Eerie. 90 pages, large type with different fonts, graphics on every page. First in the series I read, made enough sense though. Good for October reading. maybe a little too scary?
