I read this book with my kids aged 6,8 and 10. They all got lots out of it, especially the first four chapters which deal with the structure of the brain, how it works and how to keep it healthy. The later chapters deal with learning styles and memory techniques and would be of most use to teenagers who are studying independently for exams.
