I've only seen one other Keto recipe book that I thought was worse. Everyone is jumping on this new diet bandwagon. Only 2 of these recipes were what I would consider high fat if the nutrition info can be believed, and I have serious doubts about that. Also, there were several recipes where the photos clearly did not match or that showed ingredients, like wraps and crusts, items most definitely not in the recipe, and in my opinion, didn't belong in the book. I don't often write reviews on my pleasure reading, but I do read a lot of them. I'm hoping to save someone else some disappointment. If you have Prime then look at it, you might get a few ideas. But don't spend money on this.
