Rate this book

What do you get when you mix one sleep deprived witch, one rat bastard of a wolf, a gentleman's club, and a little Dark Magic? A Witch With An Axe To Grind!

Sophie O'Malley would do anything for a good night's sleep. Yet, it seems to keep alluding her because of the party mongers occupying her closet. When she comes face-to-face with three Mouseketeers in trouble, her life is suddenly flipped upside down.

Alec Stone has been cursed by a manipulative, vindictive witch dabbling in Dark Magic, who just happens to be his ex-lover. When he suddenly finds himself stuck in Chez Parée Deux, he'll need to enlist the help of his new friends, if he has any chance of ever seeing his mate again.

Sophie and Alec's worlds collide when they're both hexed by a witch with evil desires.

Spells will be cast. Secrets will be unveiled. Deals will be struck. Battles will be fought. But only the last woman standing will be willing to risk it all.

Witch With An Axe To Grind is an over-the-top novella based on some of the wonderful characters found in Robyn Peterman's Magic & Mayhem series.

Witch With An Axe To Grind is the fourth book in Isabel Micheals’ Magick & Chaos series. The story picks up where Witchin’ You’re a Dragon ends. I’ve read all the books and this is potentially a standalone read.

When Alec Stone, alpha wolf, broke up with Serena, a witch with dark magic running through her, he thought they parted as friends. Serena was okay being friends, thinking Alec just needed a little time and they would get back together. But when Alec proclaims his love for Sophie O’Malley, a witch Serena helped to rescue, all bets are off. Hades has no fury as a witch scorned, and Serena is about to make everyone who gets in her way pay.

Serena turns Alec into a rat and transports him into Sophie’s closet, where Club Sin is open day and night. Sophie desperately wants to have some peace and quiet in order to get some much needed sleep, but the rats in her closet seem to care less. When it’s discovered that Alec has been transformed and is in her closet, Sophie enlists the help of her sister. They transform Alec back, only to make Serena even more upset. New surprises are in store for Sophie, Alec, and the rest of the magical community. Just when they have ridden themselves of one vengeful witch, another is hiding in the wings, watching and waiting.

I love reading Isabel Micheals books in the Magic and Mayhem Universe. The suspense and drama unfolding bit by bit is awesome. I was afraid I wouldn't be as interested when the Z sisters weren't the primary characters, I shouldn't have been. I enjoyed every second of watching their friends carry on the story. I have a feeling this isn't the end.

She's a Man Eater

Thank you Ms. Michael's for putting that song in my head! This story is about Good vs. Evil. The characters have come so far. True love is true love and you can't take that away!!

Not as entertaining as Witchin' You're A Dragon (Magic and Mayhem; Magick & Chaos #3) by Isabel Micheals. Still had editing and grammar issues.

Good story

Better with Zelda. An alright story. Love wins out in The end and justice is served. You should not be upset at fate.

All Magic and Mayhem Kindle World books are awesome as was this one. A poor sleep deprived witch with a gentleman's club in her closet. Her mate she isn't sure she wants is turned into a mouse and finds himself at this club in her closet. If this storyline peeks your interest then you will absolutely love the rest of this book and how this unbelievable story ends.
