Garrison had always seen Rose, his best friend’s half-sister, as the little sister he never had but when she turns 18 he realizes she is a gorgeous woman. He pushes her away because he still thinks she is too young for him but when she is back home after finishing college he is determined to win her heart.
Cute and sexy read. I love reading about an older alpha male and a younger woman. Their age difference was 12 years. The plot was great and it had some angst and drama which made it super interesting. Garisson is the sexiest cowboy and Rose a feisty but sweet woman. The love scenes were so steamy and passionate. Safe: heroine is a virgin and they both remain faithful to each other. Book ends with pregnant heroine which I loved. I highly recommend it to everyone. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

3.5⭐️’s : Jaysus! I knew these two would be all sparks, fire and combustible chemistry based on their interactions in “For Ranchers Only” but DAYYYYUM!
Garret’s filthy-talking, stubborn, alpha-cowboy is matched perfectly with Rose’s smart, sassy, determined and antagonistic rancher-in-the-making.
Based on my two previous Elle Christensen reads from this series, I expected a good time and TRR certainly delivered.
If you like your novellas country, smutty, sweet and sassy - saddle up!

The Rancher’s Rose was a cute, sexy and sweet read I enjoyed very much. It reminded me of the first few Alexa Riley stories I read, just a bit less raunchy and with more story to it.
Garrison had always seen Rose, his best friend’s half-sister, as the little sister he never had. His protective brotherly feelings take a turn for the not-brotherly-at-all when she turns 18 and he suddenly realizes she’s all woman. Incredibly attracted to her but conscious that their 12 year age difference is not in Rose’s best interest, he pushes her away when she makes her feelings for him known.
Fast forward 6 years and Rose is back home at the ranch for good after finishing college. Set on avoiding Garrison as much as humanly possible, she’ll have the surprise of her life when he is not at all down with her plan.
Garrison was one sexy cowboy, and once he realized what his feelings for Rose were, he was all in not only to win her back, but to keep her forever. He was sweet, funny and stubborn as a mule, which ended up working in his favor.
Rose was one very upfront and confident young woman. She was maybe more stubborn than Garrison, but it was seriously fun to watch them butting heads. She was sassy and had no problem telling it like it is. I really enjoyed watching them get together as they had some really hot chemistry.
Along with these two, I got to meet the couple from the previous installment in this series and, Ophelia especially, charmed me and have me excited about reading their story.
Fun, sexy and sweet, The Rancher’s Rose was exactly what I needed, a quick satisfying bordering on OTT insta-love romance.

The Rancher's Rose was a sweet and special book. It was a quick and wonderful read.
Rose and Garrison were a great couple but they did have their struggles. Rose needed to do some growing up and Garrison needed to come to terms with his attraction and desire for Rose. Once they did The Rancher's Rose was a fun read that took me right to their lives.
Elle has always been able to suck her readers in quick and provide a front row seat to the lives of her characters and this story is no different. I felt as though I really got to know Rose and Garrison through their story.
I would recommend this book to anyone.

This is the second book of the series. We got hints of Rose and Garrison's chemistry in the first book. Not enough to see how explosive it is in this one. Rose is the sister of Garrison's best friend James, who we read about in the first book. Garrison has watched her grow up since she moved in at the age of 14. She is now graduated from college and ready to move back home. Except she can't escape Garrison. Will they both give in to their desire? This book captivated me from the start. Awesome read.

Rose is Garrison’s best friend’s sister and they have quite an age gap. But that hasn’t stopped Rose from crushing on Garrison. When things heat up between them finally, Rose is absolutely thrilled. She is soon crushed when Garrison makes some hurtful comments because he is trying to push her away. It works and she leaves town for a few years. Now she is back as a mature woman and Garrison wants her back. Their love scenes were so steamy and sexy, their passion for each other is undeniable. Will Rose’s brother get in the way of their happily ever after?

Really enjoyed this story.
A really sweet read. I loved that Garrison got over his pigheadedness to finally get his girl. And even though she really did not want to, Rose let him in again. The chemistry between Rose and Garrison was so thick and electric, I think that was probably my favorite part, the fact that they could barely resist the pull towards each other. Overall, another great read from Elle.

This is a sexy, quick read with characters that seem like old friends from page one. What happens when you realize your best friend's little sister turned into a sexy young woman. Sparks fly and chemistry sizzles but an age difference causes concern. Garrison and Rose spend a considerable time apart but when they are reunited all hell breaks loose. There road to HEA isn't smooth but it's an enjoyable read.

This has to be the most fertile ranch in Texas!
While Rose was growing up, she was infatuated with Garrison but he tried to avoid her like the plague since he's twelve years older and she's his best friend's little sister. But all that changes when she grows up, and the sparks fly. However they have unfinished business and she's holding a grudge about the way they parted before she went away to college. Plus there was still big brother to contend with.

Amazing chemistry and storyline! The spice level is seriously high in this one. I can’t say enough good things about it. I LOVED IT!!!!

Older brother best friend, and he's a cowboy.... sign me up!!!! I loved how spunky and sassy Rose was and how she wasn't afraid to tell Garrison where he can go. I loved how protective Garrison was of Rose. Together their story was full of chemistry and banter.

Excuse me, gets her rancher.
Rose is a wonderful character. Garrison is appropriately grumpy, a little over the top demanding, especially on the language, but ultimately a great match.
