Doomed to Hate

Rate this book
Psychiatric Nurse Donna Caffery had been warned about Morgan Manor before she undertook a private duty assignment there. But Donna, who herself needed a rest therapy to help her get over the death of her fiance, looked upon her assignment as a relief from her own bereavement. But her meeting with Henry Emerson, manager of the Morgan Ranch, awakened passions in Donna which she thought long dead. Then Donna discovered why Morgan Manor was called the House of Hate. It was filled with envy, greed, jealousy, and fear--emotions which had poisoned the minds and bodies of all its inhabitants--emotions which were intensified by the strange will of the late martin Morgan wh o left his five daughters nothing to look forward to except the death of each other!Donna sensed this danger for herself and for her patient as well. Could she escape from the Gothic monstrosity to which she had been doomed before it was too late?

What an awful book. I hated all the short choppy sentences where characters would literally just stop talking before their thought was even finished. The story wasn't any good and the writing style was awkward and strange.
