This book reinforced some strategies around preparing sound bites and interview prep. Good guide.

I don't work for a public company, so much of the information about sales and markets wasn't applicable, but I still got quite a bit of useful information. It definitely gave me ideas of how to market my organization better and how to create press releases. Many of the technology-based references are way out of date, but you still get the drift.
