I really enjoyed "Cameron" by Sally Henson. This is a clean well written story that brings me back to those days in my youth of first love and spending time with good friends. This author is well on her way to creating a great series full of richly developed characters that make you want to jump right into to each book as they come out. This is a great book and author to add to your collection. Happy Reading...enjoy!
Quick read. I have not read any of the other books by the author that relates to this one. Didn't really connect with the characters and I think that is the reason why. Cameron was a bit of a jerk from what I got from this story but I wonder if I read the others I would see him differently. Then again his age might have something to do with that or the fact he grows in his own story.
This was a cute story. I like Cameron and his friends. The five of them seem to have a tight group and it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out with them. I can't wait to read Summer's End and see what happens between Regan and Lane. I'd also like to see what's going on between Haylee and Cameron. This was a cute, quick read!
I enjoy teen romances and the drama of first loves and crushes, so Cameron didn't disappoint. The story is told from 16 year old Cameron's POV, and follows him as the school year ends and he and his group of friends, G5 look forward to summer. There's a lot going on, family issues, friendships and crushes, but the author ties it in nicely with an easy to read style and I also loved the cover!
This was an adorable story about Cameron, who is one of the five friends featured in the Regan Stone series. It was interesting to go a bit more in-depth with Cameron on his struggles while he sorted out his feelings for two of his friends. "Cameron" was a well-written novella that kept me turning pages. I look forward to more work by Henson.
It was good to get more Insight into Cameron. I read this after reading the first 3 books in the series. I have to say, I’ve always been conflicted on Cameron, especially knowing he has a thing for Regan. #reganandlaneforever So, maybe Cam gives me a taste of fear for that... either way, I liked getting his perspective in a novella.
This novella is a quick read that explores the world of Regan Stone from her friend Cameron's point of view. It's interesting to see how he deals with what's going on in his life and how it affects him.
In this one-day story that takes place on the day of Lane's graduation, Cameron can't seem to catch a break. First, his dad tells him he has to stay on the family farm instead of going to college, then his friend Lane tells him he can't ask out their friend Regan because Lane secretly likes her too. It makes sense that Cameron finally loses his cool after a day full of bad news, but he also gets a few wins that make up for it.
Cameron is an interesting read that expands the Regan Stone series. I can hardly wait to read more!
